Pre-requisites: Make sure you have logged into the phone bridge to initiate a dialing session.
To start a dialing session:
- Click on the Start Session button on the top right of your dialing screen (My Session tab) which will launch the Before You Begin window.
- Select the required option from where you will start dialing on your session:
o From the Beginning
o Where I Left off (you can only use this option when the list is unchanged)
o From Row (enter the row number to start with)
NOTE: It is not recommended to make any changes in your List Settings when choosing the From Row field.
- The Dialer Setup section will bring the following settings information that you have configured for the active report/call list in the Import New List/Add Record from CSV window, during prospects upload. You can change the settings as needed, before starting the session.
o Caller ID
o Sort By
o Instructions for Dialing Agents – Available only for Agent Assisted Dialer and it is mandatory to initiate the dialing session.
NOTE: To dial International calls, select the Timezone ‘International’. After this, all the other U.S. Time Zones will be disabled or grayed out to restrict dialing records in other time zones.
- Click on the Begin Dialing button to start the dialing session.
NOTE: If you are using Agent Assisted Dialer, you need to have a session scheduled.
