Below you can find the differences of adding call list/reports from a CSV file, CRM, and Cadence:
- Add from CSV – Adding a CSV (comma-delimited/separated) file from your computer. This is a spreadsheet.
- Add from CRM – Adding reports from an integrated CRM and all the call outcomes are written back into your CRM.
- Add from Cadence – Adding prospects from Cadence. Only customers licensed for Cadence will have access to this feature.
