The following columns are available in the My Lists tab:
- List Name – Name of the list that was uploaded from CRM or a CSV file or from Cadence.
- Settings – Will pop-up the List Dialing Settings window to view/modify the individual dialing settings configured for each list.
- Owner – Name of the user/manager who uploaded the list.
- Call Script – Will pop-up the Call Script window to add the additional information (if any) for the list that you wish to share with dialers (Sales Reps).
- Calling order – This allows you to choose the order (from 1 to 4) in which the lists should be uploaded and dialed during the dialing session. This is important to update if uploaded more than 1 list at a time.
- Type – Type of list, Dynamic, Static, or System.
- #Records – Defaults to ‘0’. The Record count will be displayed only after uploading the list(s) into the My Session tab for dialing.
- Source – Where the list came from, CRM or File or Cadence.
- Record Type – Contact, Activity, Lead, or CSV or Prospect.
- Last Attempted Date – This shows when the list was last dialed by the Rep.
- Last Connected Date – This shows when a contact in the list was last connected.
- Info – Display the following information about the list when hovering over the
icon

- # Connects
- Connect Rate
- Bad Data
- Coverage
- Average Attempts
- #Records Not Dialed
- Average Dial Attempt/Contact
- Action – The following buttons will be displayed under the Action column:

- Audit Trail – Click to view the activities/events performed in the list.

- Archive – Click to archive the list to a repository called Archived Lists for retention (to keep away from deletion) and unarchive later when needed.
NOTE: Managers can view their team's call list in a separate tab called Teams List within the My Lists tab.
The Teams List tab will have the following columns:
- Sales Person – Name of the user/team member.
- List Name – Name of the list that was uploaded from CRM or a CSV file or from Cadence.
- Type – Type of list, Dynamic, Static, or System.
- # Records – Defaults to ‘0’. The Record count will be displayed only after uploading the file(s) to the My Session tab for dialing.
- Source – Where the list came from, CRM or File or Cadence.
- Record Type – Contact, Activity, Lead or CSV or Prospect.
- Last Attempted – This shows when the list was last dialed by the Rep.
- Last Connected – This shows when a contact in the list was last connected.
- Info – Display the following information about the list when hovering over the
icon
