CRM Users
- If your Koncert instance is integrated with a CRM then please contact your CRM Administrator to reset your password.
- Please also remember it is case-sensitive.
Standalone Users
- Go to the link provided to launch the Koncert home page.
- Click on the Sign in with Username or Email link at the bottom of the screen
- Then, click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your registered Username or Email and click Forgot Password.
- A temporary password will be sent to your Email address.
- Enter the temporary password as received in the Temporary Password field and enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Submit.
