You can check your internet bandwidth rate (speed) and the page load time in real-time within the portal using the Network Statistics section. You can find this section at top right side of the portal. Please contact email@example.com to enable this feature (if not enabled).
Below you can find how to check your Internet speed and Page Load time:
- Click on the Network Statistics signal strength bar icon to bring up the Network Diagnostics window.
- Click on the Run Network Diagnostics Test button to check your network metrics – Page Load and Band Width.
If your internet speed and page load time meet the reference range i.e. Accepted Range then the status ‘Good’ will be displayed under Reference Range with ‘Green’ color code. The ‘Poor’ status will be displayed with the color code ‘Red’.
- Click on the Advanced Troubleshooting Tips to rectify the following issues (if any) during the call:
- Audio Quality Issues
- Call Disposition Delayed/No Popup Issues
- Prospect Hang Up Issues
