NOTE: To use the ZigZag dialing feature, the phone columns that you wish to dial should be moved from the Available Columns pane to the Selected Columns pane in the Koncert » Settings tab » Customize Columns section for the Record Type, before dialing. The selected phone columns will now be available for dialing in the My Session tab.
Below you can find how to select multiple phone columns for a list to enable ZigZag Dialing.

Go to the My Lists tab to upload a Call List from CRM/CSV.

After selecting a call list in the Import New List/Add Records From CSV window, you are allowed to configure the dialing settings in the List Settings section.

Go to the Phone columns to dial field and select the required phone columns (e.g. Phone, Direct Phone) to dial.

The order of ZigZag dialing depends on the order it selected.

After setting up the dialing settings, click Next to add the call list/report into the My Lists tab.

You can then select and upload the respective call list into the My Session tab for dialing.

The selected phone columns are indicated with a green checkmark in the My Session tab.
- During the session, Koncert will place the call to the selected phone fields of the prospects one after another.
