You can share a Cadence with all users in an organization or to a specific group of users.

NOTE: Once a Cadence is shared, it cannot be modified or deleted. It is suggested to share the cadence after you have completed the setup and have made all necessary changes. 

The following are the available sharing options:

• Private – Select this option, if you do not want to share the Cadence with anyone (default option)

• Public – Select this option, if you wish to share the Cadence with all the users in the organization

• Assign to Users – Select this option, if you wish to share the Cadence with a specific group of users. This option will be available only for Managers.

Upon selecting this option, the Select Users dropdown will be enabled. Select the manager(s) from the list with whom the cadence needs to be shared. When a manager is selected, all users under the selected manager will be able to view and use the cadence.

• Assign to Teams – Select this option, if you wish to share the Cadence with a specific team(s).  This option will be available only for Managers.

Upon selecting this option, the Select Teams dropdown will be enabled. Select the team(s) from the list to which the cadence needs to be shared. When a team is selected, all users under the selected team will be able to view and use the cadence.

The shared cadence will be displayed only to the users with whom it was shared. A shared icon will be displayed next to the Cadence name.
