Sending individual emails is also known as the Send One-Off Email. This feature will allow you to send emails to the desired prospects with a single click.
NOTE: You can access the Send One-Off Email feature directly wherever you find an Email icon 
.
Below you can find how to send an individual email to a prospect.
- Mouse hover on a prospect that you would like to send an email to and click on the Email icon
on the floating toolbar.
- After the Send Email window pops up, type in the Subject and Email Body or insert a pre-saved email template.
- Click on the Send button to send the email.
