Below you can find how to add the 'Fall Through' prospects to a new Cadence:

1. In the Cadences » Active tab, click on the Cadence that has the prospects with the 'Fall Through' outcome.

2. After the View Cadence window pops up, navigate to the Prospects tab and click on the Fall Through status.

3. Select the prospects from the list and click the option Move to Cadence from the Action dropdown above the grid.

NOTE: You can assign the fall-through prospects individually to a Cadence by clicking the  Move to Cadence icon on a floating toolbar when hovering over the prospect.

4. After the Move Prospect to Cadence window pops up, select a Cadence from the dropdown and click on the Move button.

5. The Fall Through prospects will be assigned to the cadence selected.
