The Notification feature is to alert the users when a touch has been completed or needs the user's attention.
You can enable notifications for the Outcomes of Email and Call Touches under the Settings » Notifications tab.
Below you can find how to enable the notification for the Touch Outcomes:
- Go to the Cadence » Settings » Notifications tab, select the Outcome(s) for the Touch(es) for which you would like to be notified.
- Click Save . After the settings have been saved, an alert message will be displayed. For example, if you enabled the notification for the activity ‘Email - Sent’, you will be notified each time when an email is sent.
