Below you can find how to make a Cadence inactive:
NOTE: You can make the Cadences inactive ONLY in 'Active' status under the Active tab. Cadences in the 'New' (under the Unused tab) or 'Paused' (under the Paused tab) status cannot be made inactive.
- In the Cadences » Active tab, search the Cadence that you want to make inactive.
- Hover over on the respective Cadence and click the
Make the Cadence Inactive icon on the floating toolbar.
- After the Make the Cadence Inactive window pops up, click OK to make the Cadence inactive.
- All the prospects that are currently assigned to this Cadence will automatically exit this Cadence. Also, the Cadence will be moved to the Inactive tab with
Inactive icon to the right of the Cadence name.
