A new feature ‘Send Email to Manager when Users Starts the Dialing Session’ has been introduced to notify the managers when a user initiates a dialing session. This feature will be enabled on a request basis. Please reach out to Koncert Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to enable this feature.
This will be applicable for Agent Assisted Dialer, Flow Dialer, and Lead Pool Session. An Email will be sent to your (manager) registered Email ID when any of the Team Members have initiated a dialing session, as shown below:
