When you are working through calls using Click Dialer you can easily launch the Salesforce email tool.
Below you will be shown how to send an Email to the dialed prospect:
- After a call, click the Email icon .
- Enter the information for the email.
- Click Send to send an email to the prospect.
NOTE: If the Email icon is not visible, please contact your CRM Admin to enable it.
