The Sales Engagement Score is a key feature in Cadence designed to measure prospect engagement based on their responses to various touchpoints, including Emails, Calls, Texts, Social interactions, and LinkedIn engagements. This score is automatically added to the prospect, the executed touch, and the Cadence associated with the touch.
By leveraging the Sales Engagement Score, organizations can gain valuable insights into how engaged their prospects are and optimize their outreach strategies accordingly.
Example Scenario: If a prospect clicks a link within an email template, a pre-configured score is added to the prospect, the respective email touch, and the associated Cadence. Similarly, scores accumulate for each positive response or successful outcome recorded.
NOTE: To enable the Sales Engagement Score feature for your organization, please contact Koncert Support at support@koncert.com. Include a list of touch outcomes for which you would like the Engagement score to be configured and displayed.
Prospects Engagement Score
The total Engagement Score for each individual prospect is available in the following tabs/screens:

The Engagement Score section, located below the Stats section, displays the engagement score for an individual prospect, added for each touch.
Touch Engagement Score
The Sales Engagement Score is categorized based on the type of touch:
Email Engagement Score: Tracks engagement through emails, with scores added based on:

Open rates

Reply rates
- Link clicks
Call Engagement Score: Tracks engagement through calls, with scores added based on positive outcomes logged in the Call Disposition window during the session.
LinkedIn Engagement Score: Tracks engagement through LinkedIn interactions, with scores added based on:

Connection requests accepted

Messages sent and replied to

Profile views
Task Engagement Score: Tracks engagement through completed tasks, with scores added when:

Tasks are marked as completed

Follow-up actions are performed
Social Engagement Score: Tracks engagement through social interactions.

This section provides a visual representation of engagement scores for touches within an active cadence.
Engagement Score in My Session Tab
The Sales Engagement Score is available for prospects imported from Cadence » Pending Calls Tab into the Dialing Session tab for dialing.
NOTE: The Engagement Score column is not visible by default. Refer to the article How do I move my columns around in Session? to enable it.
The added Engagement Score column will be displayed in the Dialing Session tab as shown below:
You can sort (ascending/descending) and filter prospects based on the Engagement Score. For more details, refer to the Dialing Session - Workspace article.
