Below you can find the differences between the 'Log a Call’ and ‘Phone Call Logger’ options:
Log a Call
The Call button in the Prospect View window can be used to log the call result, in the case when you dialed the prospect through your personal mobile or any other device other than Koncert dialers.
When clicking this button in the Prospect View window, the Log a Call window pops up.
Select the call outcome from the Call Result dropdown and enter the call notes (if any) in the Notes field.
Click Save to log the call.
Phone Call Logger
The Call Result option in the Call Disposition window can be used to log the call result when you dialed the prospect through the Koncert dialers (Flow Dialer or Agent Assisted Dialer).
Select the call outcome from the Call Result dropdown and enter the call notes (if any) in the Call Comments field.
