After importing the list(s), you can either assign all the prospects to a Cadence or you can select specific prospects and assign them to a Cadence, on behalf of your user.
Assign all Prospects to a Cadence:
Below you can find how to assign all prospects to a Cadence:
- In the Prospects tab, select your user from the User(s) dropdown and navigate to the Unassigned or Never Assigned tab. Search for the prospects using one of the following fields – Tag, Cadence, Contact Name, or Account Name.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Assign.
- The Assign Prospect to Cadence window will be displayed. Select the Cadence from the dropdown and click Start Cadence.
- After successfully assigning the prospects, an alert message below will be displayed.
NOTE:
- If you would like to assign few prospects of a specific group on behalf of a user, search the prospects and select the checkbox in the grid header. Click Assign from the Action dropdown. A confirmation message below will be displayed with prospects count only when the prospects count that meets the criteria/filter applied is greater than the current View Page count (5 or 10 or 25 or 50 or 100).
Assign Selected Prospects to a Cadence
Below you can find how to assign selected prospects to a Cadence, on behalf of the user:
- In the Prospects tab, select your user from the User(s) dropdown and navigate to the Unassigned or Never Assigned tab.
- Select the prospects you wish to assign by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the names.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Assign.
NOTE: You can assign prospects individually by clicking the Assign to Cadence icon on the floating toolbar when hovering over a prospect, as shown below:
- After the Assign Prospect to Cadence window pops up, select a Cadence from the dropdown and click Start Cadence.
NOTE: You can see the message “Assign Prospect(s) on behalf of <User name>” with Yellow highlighted.
- After successfully assigning the prospects, an alert message below will be displayed.
