You can either delete a prospect individually or select multiple prospects and delete them from Cadence. In addition, you can search and delete all prospects in the search list.
Delete individual or multiple prospects
Below you can find how to delete the individual prospect(s) from Cadence:
- In the Prospects tab, select the required prospect(s) you wish to delete.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Delete.
NOTE: You can delete the prospects individually by clicking the Delete icon on a floating toolbar when hovering over the prospect, as shown below:
- A confirmation message will be displayed, as shown below. Click Delete to delete the prospect(s) from Cadence or click the icon to cancel the process.
- After successful deletion, the alert message shown below will be displayed.
Search & Delete all prospects from Cadence
Below you can find how to search and delete all prospects from Cadence in the search list:
- In the Prospects tab, select your filter to search for prospects you wish to delete.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Delete.
- A confirmation message will be displayed with the prospect count, as shown below. Click Delete to delete the prospects in the search list from Cadence or click the icon to cancel the process.
- After successful deletion, the alert message shown below will be displayed.
NOTE:
- If you would like to delete a few prospects of a specific group, search the prospects and select the checkbox in the grid header. A confirmation message below will be displayed with prospects count only when the prospects count that meets the criteria/filter applied is greater than the current View Page count (5 or 10 or 25 or 50 or 100).
○ Click the prospects count in blue to delete only the prospects on the current view page, or
○ Click the prospects count in green to delete the entire prospects (that meets the criteria/filter applied) in the tab
- Prospects deleted from Cadence cannot be recovered but can be uploaded as a new prospect.
- Even though the prospects assigned to a Cadence are deleted, the prospect's record will still exist under the Cadences tab » View Cadence » Prospects tab » Total status. However, there will be no link for the Contacts for the prospects that have been deleted from Cadence. Also, icon will be displayed next to the deleted prospects, as shown below:
A notification ‘Deleted Prospect’ will be displayed when hovering over the icon, as shown below:
