You can change the disposition value for your call, which was logged through the Call Disposition window, anytime from the My Reports tab.
Below you can find how to change the disposition for your call:
- In the My Reports tab, select the Report Type 'Agent Assisted Dialer - Talker Call Disposition Report', Date Range, and click on the Run Report button to retrieve the report.
- Move to the Call Disposition column and click on the Edit icon for the record/contact you wish to change the disposition value.
- Upon clicking the Edit icon , the Call Disposition column will be listed down, where you can select the required disposition.
- After changing the disposition successfully, the following confirmation message will be displayed. Click OK.
