The Notification feature is to alert the users when a touch has been completed or needs a user’s attention, based on the settings enabled in the Cadence » Settings » Notifications tab.
You can find the Notification icon on the top-left of the header. If there are any new inbound notification(s), you will be notified with the count in Blue.
Click on the Notification icon to bring up the Notification Panel and to view the notification(s) received. For example, if you enabled the notification for the activity ‘Email – Sent’ (under the Settings tab), you will be notified of each email that has been sent.
All the unread notifications will be displayed on a light blue background.
From the Notification Panel, you can perform the following actions:
- Filter and view the notifications based on the Date Range and Outcome.
NOTE: The available Time & Date Ranges are – Unread, Last 15 mins, Last 1 hour, Last 3 hours, and Last 6 hours, Today, Yesterday, Current Week, and Last 7 days.
The Unread option gives the notification which is not read across the available Time & Date Ranges, and the number of Unread counts will be indicated at the bottom of the notification panel.
- Navigate to the Prospect View page by clicking on the prospect name.
