The Upload feature is used to move the cadence prospects directly to Koncert’s My Session tab for dialing.

Below you can find how to upload prospects directly to Koncert’s My Session tab:

1. In the Prospects » All/Active tab, select the prospects that you wish to upload by clicking the checkbox to the left.

2. Then, select the option Upload from the Action dropdown.

3. The below confirmation message will be displayed. Click Upload to upload the prospects.

4. Once the prospects have been successfully uploaded into the My Session tab for dialing, the below alert message will be displayed. Also, the Koncert portal will be launched in a separate tab of the same browser with the uploaded prospect list in the My Session tab for dialing.

NOTE:

• You can upload a group of prospects based on set filter criteria.

• If you would like to upload all the prospects of a specific group, search the prospects and click the Upload option from the Action dropdown to upload all the prospects across the page.

• If you would like to upload few prospects of a specific group, search the prospects and select the checkbox in the grid header. A confirmation message below will be displayed with prospects count only when the prospects count that meets the criteria/filter applied is greater than the current View Page count (5 or 10 or 25 or 50 or 100).

○  Click the prospects count in blue to upload only the prospects in the current view page, or

○  Click the prospects count in green to upload the entire prospects (that meets the criteria/filter applied) in the tab
