The View Audit Trail feature in the My Lists tab is used to view and track the sequence of activities/events that occurred in the uploaded call list.
Below you can find how to view the history of activities that occurred in the uploaded call list:
- In the My Lists tab, click on the icon to the right of the call list (under the Action column).
- The Audit Trial - <List Name> window pops up, where the sequence of activities that occurred in the list will be displayed.
- Click the Close button to close the window.
