Brand Name Change Announcement
Dear valued Customers,
We are proud to announce that we have changed our brand name and business identity from ConnectLeader to Koncert. The name change is to intensify our business and to move the brand forward, making Koncert the cornerstone of our branding worldwide.
As part of the rebranding effort, Koncert and its products will now be adopting a new logo that expresses the brand name.
This rebranding will not affect our services, products and existing commercial relations with customers, partners, financial management, etc.
Also, we are pleased to announce that we have changed the name of our products Team Dialer to Agent Assisted Dialer, Personal Dialer to Flow Dialer and TruCadence to Cadence (adopting with a new logo ). The User Interface of the Cadence application has undergone changes for better experience.
The aforementioned product name changes have been implemented across the tabs/screens in the products.
We assure you that the changes above will not impact the existing functionalities and workflows in any of our products. We ask that our valued customers not be concerned about the changes and to contact our new Customer Support Email support@koncert.com for further clarifications or queries.

User Interface Changes
Apart from the product name change and a new logo, the User Interface of the Cadence application has undergone changes for a better experience.
The below are the changes undergone in the application:
Launch Cadence
In the previous versions, the TruCadence application was being launched within the portal upon clicking the TruCadence tab in the ConnectLeader portal.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Cadence application will be launched in a separate tab of the same browser, upon clicking the Cadence tab in the Koncert portal.
Switch to Dialers
In Cadence Version 11.0, you can switch back to Dialers (i.e. Koncert portal) from Cadence anytime when needed, by clicking the icon (on the top-right) » Dialers.
User Profile Information
As part of the User Interface change, the User Profile section has been introduced on the top-right where the logged-in user/manager name and the associated organization name will be displayed, when clicked.
Logout from Cadence
You can logout from the Cadence by clicking your profile picture (at the top-right) » Logout button, as shown below:
When the Logout button is clicked, you will only be logged out from the Cadence application so you can still access the Koncert portal.
Filters
The filters on the tabs have been changed as follows:

Search
In Cadence Version 11.0, a Search option has been introduced on the following tabs, which provides ability to search the required records.

After entering the search criteria, either press Enter or click the Search icon to list out the appropriate records.
Also, you can clear the filter applied, by clicking the icon within the Search field.
Action buttons
The action buttons above the grid on the tabs have been removed and are now visible on a floating toolbar when you hover over the Cadence/Prospect. For example, in Cadences tab:

Sort By
In the previous version, records in the tabs were sorted either ascending or descending order by clicking the respective column header.
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new Sort By dropdown field has been introduced on the following tabs with the available columns and implicit fields, where you can sort the records based on the column/field selected.

Sales Engagement Score
Sales Engagement Score is a key feature introduced to generate and credit pre-configured metrics to your prospects for their positive response/outcomes, to the executed touches (Email, Call, Social and LinkedIn), and to the Cadence associated with the respective touch.
This helps measure how engaged your prospects are, based on their responses to the Touches.
For example, when a prospect has clicked the Email link included in the email template, a pre-configured score will be credited to the prospect, to the respective email touch, and to the Cadence associated. Similarly, the scores will be accumulated for each successful positive response/outcome.
NOTE: Please reach out to Koncert Support at support@koncert.com to enable the Sales Engagement Score feature for your organization. Please include the list of touch outcomes you would like configured for your prospects, touches, and cadences.
Manager on behalf of User
Manager on behalf of User is a new concept introduced in Cadence which gives managers the ability to perform the following actions on behalf of their users:
- Import/upload prospects for your team member (user) from your computer (.CSV file)
- Import/upload prospects for your team member (user) from CRM
- Assign the user’s unassigned prospects to a Cadence from the Prospects tab
- Assign the user’s unassigned prospect to a Cadence from the Prospect View window
- Move the user’s prospects from Cadence to Cadence
- Delete the user’s prospects
- Exit the user’s prospects from the assigned Cadence
- Pause the user’s prospect activity in a Cadence
- Resume the user’s paused prospect activity
- Send One-Off Email on behalf of user
- Send the user’s pending Personalize Emails in the To Do tab on their behalf
- Transfer user’s prospects to another user
- Export user’s prospects
Jobs Queue
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new Jobs Queue tab has been introduced under the Settings tab to view the list of bulk jobs/tasks in queue that are executed and their status.
The available columns are:
- Job Type – Job/task executed
- Description – Description of the job/task and their status
- Start Time – Date & Time stamp when the job/task is processed
- End Time – Date & Time stamp when the job/task is ended
- Processed – Number of records processed so far in a job/task
- Submitted – Total number of records submitted in a job/task
- Status – Status for each job/task
Also, you can search and view the status of a specific job/task using the filters – Date Range, Status, Job Type and Request Id.
- Date Range – Select a date range during which the job/task are submitted for process and their status
- Status – Select and search for a desired status. The available options are:
- In Progress
- Success
- Failure
- Job Type – Select a Job Type or task in queue for process. The available options are:

- Inactive Cadence Status – Select to view the status of the Cadences that are made inactive
- Assign Prospects Status – Select to view the status of assigning bulk prospects to a Cadence
- Move to Another Cadence Status – Select to view the status of moving bulk prospects from cadence to Cadence
- Exit Prospects Status – Select to view the status of exiting bulk prospects from the assigned Cadence
- Delete Prospects Status – Select to view the status of deleting bulk prospects from Cadence
- Request Id – Enter the Request Id generated during the submission of a task to search for.
Transfer Ownership
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new feature Transfer Ownership has been introduced under the Settings tab for managers to transfer the records from one user to another user.
The below assets owned by the user will be transferred to another user in the Team.

By default, all the checkboxes above will be enabled. Upon clicking the Transfer Ownership button, the Transfer Ownership window will be displayed.
Select the desired user from the ‘From’ (from whom the records to be transferred) and ‘To’ (to whom the records to be transferred) dropdowns. Click Save to transfer the records.
NOTE: Prospects assigned to a Cadence will be exited and moved to the selected user. Also, tags associated to the prospects will be removed once transferred.
Tags
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new tab Tags has been introduced in the Settings tab to view the list of Tags added during or after uploading the prospects by the logged-in user. Also, you can add a new tag, modify the existing tags and delete the tags.
Cadences tab
Switch between Cadences
A new toggle button has been introduced in the Cadences tab, where you can switch between My Cadences and All Cadences, on demand.
- My Cadences – Default view of the Cadences tab, where you can view only cadences that you have created on your own.
- All Cadences – Switch to view all the Cadences including cadences shared by others.
Display of Cadence & Prospect Count
In Cadence V11.0, the Cadences are separated and listed under different tabs based on the status – Active, Unused, Inactive and Paused.
In addition, the number of cadences associated with each status will be displayed next to each tab name, as shown below:
Display of headers for the Stats column
As part of the UI changes, the column names under the Stats column in the Cadences tab are replaced with icons as shown below:
The column names will be made visible only when hovering over the Cadence as shown below:
Display of Owner Name
A new column Owner has been introduced in the Cadences tab to display the name of the user/manager that created the Cadence.
Pause & Resume Cadence
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new ‘Pause’ feature has been introduced in the Cadence tab to pause the activities for your Cadence. As part of this enhancement, a new Pause icon has been added and is available for each Cadence when hovering over the Cadence, as shown below:
A confirmation message below will be displayed, after clicking the Pause icon.
Click Pause to pause the Cadence. The Cadence will be moved to the Paused tab with a pause icon to the right of Cadence name as shown below:
If a Cadence has been paused, then any emails scheduled for your prospects (in that Cadence only) will be put on hold until the Cadence has been resumed.
You can resume the paused cadence (under the Paused tab) anytime by clicking the Resume icon , when hovering over the Cadence.
Clone Touch
To make the touch creation quick and simple, a cloning feature has been introduced in the View Cadence window. This gives you the ability to clone and use the existing touches within a Cadence by clicking the Clone Touch icon to the right of the respective touch, as shown below:
Mark your favorite Cadences
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new star system has been introduced in the Cadences tab where you can mark your favorite Cadence (individually) by clicking the star icon when hovering on the cadence.
The star icon then turns to yellow which indicates the marked cadences are favorite Cadences. The starred cadences will be listed on the top of the Cadences tab.
‘Categorized’ Cadence Filter
The ‘Cadence’ filter on the following tabs/screens has been categorized and listed as ‘Current Cadence’ ‘My Cadences’ and ‘Shared Cadences’.

View Cadence Enhancements
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following changes/enhancements have been implemented in the View Cadence window:
- As part of the enhancement, the ‘Time to Wait and Execute’ and ‘Maximum Time to Complete the Touch’ details of the touches added to a Cadence will be displayed in the View Cadence » Touches and Overview tabs, as shown below:
- To visually differentiate the Auto Email Touch & Personalized Email Touch, the icons for both the touches have been modified in the Cadences » View Cadence » Touches and Overview tabs, as shown below:
Auto Email
Personalized Email Touch
- A new column Owner has been introduced in the View Cadence » Prospects, Emails and Calls tabs to display the name of the user/manager who imported the prospect.
- A new column Due has been introduced in the Cadences » View Cadence » Prospects tab to display the due time to complete the touch.
- A new column Due has been introduced in the Cadences » View Cadence » Overview tab to display the number of pending prospects associated for each touch. Upon clicking the hyperlinked count, you will be redirected to either To Do tab or Pending Calls tab based on the touch associated.
Example: If you click the Due count for an Email Touch (Personalized), you will be redirected to the To Do » Email tab, where you can view the respective pending prospects associated to that Cadence.
- Prospect deleted from an assigned Cadence will be indicated by the icon next to the prospect name under View Cadence » Prospects tab » Total metric.
- The metric Completed under the View Cadence window » Prospects tab has been renamed to ‘Exited’.
- Introduced a new button ‘Export to CSV’ on the following tabs of View Cadence window, to export the prospects list as ‘CSV’ file.

Fall Through Enhancements
In Cadence (formerly TruCadence), you can find the fall through prospects under Cadence » View Cadence » Prospects tab » Fall Through metric.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following enhancements have been made in the Fall Through metric:
- Touch & Touch number at which the prospect fell-through is visible under the Touch column.
- Ability to select and move the Fall Through prospect(s) to the same or another Cadence by clicking the Move to Cadence option under the Action dropdown, as shown below:
This will bring up the Move Prospect to Cadence window, where you can select the desired Cadence from the dropdown and click Move. The selected fall through prospect(s) will be moved to the respective Cadence.
Search Email Templates – Ability to choose multiple Templates at once
In Cadence, you can choose the required Template(s) for an Email Touch from the Search Email Templates window with a maximum of 5 templates, one at a time.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Search Email Templates window has been enhanced in such a way where you can search and select multiple templates (maximum of 5 templates) at once.
Also, provided an option to create and add an Email Template on your own for an Email Touch in a Cadence by clicking the icon under the Choose Templates field, as shown below:
Upon clicking the icon, the Create Email Template window will be displayed, where you can create your own Email Template. After entering the required details, click Save to save the Email Template and add the template to the active Email Touch.
Prospects tab
Filter by user
A new filter User has been introduced in the Prospects tab that allows managers to select and view their team’s prospects. By default, the logged-in user/manager name will be selected and displayed.
Mouse hover buttons for quick access
As part of the User Interface changes, the below buttons have been introduced for individual and quick access, which will be available for access when hovering over a prospect:
Call – Click to make a call to the respective prospect through Click Dialer (One-Off Call).
Email – Click to send an instant email (One-Off Email) to the respective prospect.
Skip – Click to skip the prospect from the current touch and move to next touch.
Info – Click to view the prospect information such as Title, Email, Phone, Email Counter, First Dialed Date, etc. as shown below:
Never Assigned
A new tab Never Assigned has been introduced in the Prospects tab, where prospects that have never been assigned to any of the cadence will be displayed.
Import from CSV – Position Change
In the previous version of Cadence, the Import from CSV button was available to access next to the Import from CRM button.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Import from CSV button will be available to access only after expanding the dropdown button next to the Import from CRM button, as shown below:
Transfer Prospects
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new option Transfer has been added to the Action dropdown (above the grid) to transfer the selected prospect(s) to another user/manager of your team.
Upon clicking the Transfer button, the Transfer Ownership window will be displayed.
Here you can select the desired user from the ‘From’ (logged in user) and ‘To’ (to whom the prospects to be transferred) fields. Click Save to transfer. The selected prospects will be removed from the active (logged-in) user and moved to the respective user.
NOTE: Prospects assigned to a Cadence will be exited and moved to the selected user. Also, tags associated to the prospects will be removed once transferred.
An activity for the transfer will be displayed in the Prospect View window » Activity section for the respective prospects.
Upload Prospects
A new option Upload has been added to the Action dropdown (above the grid) to move the selected prospects directly to the Koncert’s My Session tab for dialing.
Upon clicking the Upload button, the below confirmation message will be displayed. Click Upload.
An alert message below will be displayed. Also, the prospects will be uploaded to the My Session tab for dialing.
NOTE: You can upload a group of prospects based on set filter criteria.
Export Prospects
A new option Export has been added to the Action dropdown (above the grid) to export the selected prospects to your computer in ‘CSV’ format.
Upon clicking the Export button, the below confirmation message will be displayed. Click Export.
Add prospects during import
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new field Add to Cadence has been introduced in the Upload List(s) and Upload List From File windows to directly assign the prospects in the call list(s) to a Cadence during import from CRM and CSV.

Change/Modify Prospect Tag
From Cadence Version 11.0, you can change/modify the Tag of a prospect (tagged while uploading from CRM or CSV) by clicking the respective tag under the Tags column in the Prospects tab.
This will bring up the Tag Prospect(s) window. Change the tag as needed and click Tag.
This will replace the existing tag for your prospect.
Multiple Tagging of Prospects
Koncert provides you an ability to add multiple tags for a prospect (individually) by clicking the option Tag when hovering over a prospect, as shown below:
The Tag Prospect(s) window will be displayed. By default, the existing tag assigned to the prospect will be selected and displayed in the Tag dropdown.
Select one or more Tag names from the dropdown that you wish to add. The selected tag(s) will be added and displayed along with the existing tag.
Click the Tag button to save the tag names. A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK.
The multiple tag names selected will be displayed under the column Tags for the prospects.
Auto deletion of prospect
If a prospect deleted in a CRM, the same prospect in Cadence will be deleted automatically, after synchronization (i.e. after the sync frequency time configured in the Settings » CRM Sync Settings tab).
Prospect View window Enhancements
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following enhancements/changes have been made in the Prospect View window:
- The following prospect information has been added on the top of the Prospect View window:

- Prospects Status – Active, Paused and Unassigned
- Current Cadence – Cadence the prospect is assigned to
- Current Touch – Prospect’s current touch & Touch ID
- Current Touch Due – Due Time (in Hrs and Mins) of the current touch
- Next Touch – Prospect’s next touch
- Info – Displays the following information, when hovering over the icon
o Last Email – Date & timestamp when the last Email sent
o Last Touch – Date & timestamp of the last executed touch
- From Cadence Version 11.0, the Actions section in the Prospect View window has been enhanced in such a way where the following quick action buttons are available to access based on the prospect status (‘Assigned’ or ‘Unassigned’)
Unassigned or Never Assigned Prospects
The following quick action buttons are available to access for prospects that are not assigned to any of the Cadence.

Except the ‘Assign’ button, all the aforementioned buttons are available to access along with the below buttons, for the assigned Prospects.

NOTE: The Resume button will be available only for the Paused prospects.
- The Log a Call, New Task, Add to Cadence, Exit Cadence and Skip Touch buttons in the Actions section have been renamed as Call, Task, Assign, Exit and Skip, respectively.
- A new Delete button has been added to the Actions section to delete the prospect from the Cadence.
Upon clicking the Delete button, the below confirmation message will be displayed. Click Delete.
After successful deletion, the below message will be displayed.
- A new Transfer button has been added to the Actions section to transfer the prospect to another user/manager of the team.
Upon clicking the Transfer button, the Transfer Ownership window will be displayed. Here you can select the desired user from the ‘From’ (logged in user) and ‘To’ (to whom the prospects to be transferred) fields. Click Save to transfer. The active prospect will be removed from the logged-in user and moved to the respective user.
- A new Note button has been added to the Actions section to add a note (if any) for the prospect.
Upon clicking the Note button, the Add a note window will be displayed. Here you can enter the notes (if any) for the prospect in the Notes section. Also, you can browse and attach a file from your computer by clicking the Choose File button. Please ensure the file size should not be greater than 3MB.
NOTE: The allowed file formats are .docx, .gif, .jpg, .pdf, and .xls
Click Save to save the notes. The notes will be logged under the Notes section in the Prospect View window.
You can change/modify the notes or delete and add a new file in the Notes.
- A new Pause button has been added to the Actions section for the prospects assigned to a Cadence only. Upon clicking this button, the prospect will be paused. Even email scheduled for the prospect will be put on hold until you resume the prospect.
- A new Complete button has been added to the Actions section to manually complete the pending Touch (Calls / LinkedIn / Social) the active prospect is assigned with.
Call Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a Call Touch, then the Log a Call window will pop up upon clicking the Complete button. Select the call outcome from the Call Result dropdown and enter the call notes (if any) in the Notes field. Click Save to log the call.
Social Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a Social Touch then the Complete Touch - Social window will pop up upon clicking the Complete button. Enter the information in the Comments field and click the Complete Touch button to complete the Social touch.
LinkedIn Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a LinkedIn Touch then the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window will pop up, upon clicking the Complete button. Execute the respective LinkedIn action and click the Complete Touch button to complete the LinkedIn touch.
- A new confirmation message has been introduced which will pop up when clicking the Exit button in the Prospect View window to get confirmation from the user before removing the prospect from the current cadence.
Click Exit to remove the prospect from the current cadence. After successfully exiting from the Cadence, the message below will be displayed on the top-right:
- The Engagement Score section in the Prospect View window has been moved at the top with a new icon . Also, the engagement score of the active prospect will be displayed to the right, as shown below. Upon clicking this section, the Engagement Score window will pop up and project the engagement score in a graphical format.
- A new metric LinkedIn touch have been added to the Stats section, where the metric count will be updated upon successful execution of the LinkedIn touch.
- The Pending Tasks section will have the Edit option through which users can edit the Subject, Notes or Due date of the pending tasks, as needed.
- Cadence prospect (moved from the Pending Calls tab to Koncert portal for dialing) scheduled for a ‘Follow up’ in the Koncert portal will be communicated back to the Cadence module.
After which, a Follow up Call task will be created in the Pending Calls tab for the prospect.
Also, an entry for the task will be displayed in the Prospect View window » Activities section for the prospect.
- The following filters are newly added in the Activities section:

- LinkedIn – Click to filter and view only the LinkedIn activities.
- Cadence – Click to filter and view the activities related to Cadence such as Cadence Assignment, Touch advancement, etc.
- In the previous versions, the Activities section in the Prospect View window shows the completed activity of the LinkedIn Touch, but not the specific action that was executed in the LinkedIn Touch (e.g. LinkedIn-View Profile).
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The Activities section will now show the specific Action performed in the LinkedIn Touch.
- Comments added to the Social and LinkedIn touch during execution will now be displayed in the Activities section.
- From Cadence Version 11.0, the Activities section will show only the activities with the actual outcome. It will not show the activities for the following actions - Wait Completed, Skipped Touch, Moved to Next Touch, etc.
Pending Calls tab
Follow up call Enhancements
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following enhancements/changes have been made on the Follow up calls logged in the Pending Calls tab:
- A new Edit option has been added to the menu of the follow up call that allows you to edit the follow up details.
Upon clicking the Edit button, the Edit Follow up - <prospect name> window will be displayed. You can make the changes as required and click Save.
- A new Calendar icon has been introduced next to the due date of the follow up call, which gives you the ability to change the due date as needed.
Upon clicking the Calendar icon , the Edit due date - <prospect name> window will be displayed. Select the date from the Follow Up date field and click Save to save the changes made.
To Do tab
UI Changes
As part of the User Interface change, the following changes/enhancements have been made in the To Do tab:
- The To Do tab has been separated into multiple tabs (as listed below) based on touches.

- All – Default landing tab, where prospects assigned with Email, Social, and LinkedIn touches will be displayed
- Email – Tab where prospects assigned with Email touch (personalize email) will be logged for execution.
- Social – Tab where prospects assigned with Social touch (Google, Twitter and Zoominfo) will be logged for execution.
- LinkedIn – Tab where prospects assigned with LinkedIn touch will be logged for execution.
- The View Touch Info button (above the grid) has been removed. Instead, the fields in the Touch Info window will be displayed as columns in the To-Do tab.
- The Complete Touch button (above the grid) has been removed. Instead, the Social and LinkedIn touch executions can be completed by clicking the respective icons under the Action column, as shown below:

Social Touch
- The Personalize Emails button (above the grid) has been moved to Email tab to preview and send the pending emails manually one after another.
- When two or more Email/LinkedIn/Social prospects are queued in the email/LinkedIn/Social tab, the Complete and Next button will be displayed in the Complete Touch window during execution, which allows the user to complete the touch one after another.
Template Preview remembrance
In Cadence, prospects assigned to the Personalized Email Touch will be logged in the To Do » Email tab for execution. Upon clicking the Personalize Email button (above the grid); the Personalize Email window will be displayed, where you can preview the email template content by clicking the Template Preview icon and unselect when not needed.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the last Template Preview action performed by the user in the Personalize Email window will be remembered and executed on the successive emails.
Click Dialer – One-Off Call Enhancements
In Cadence (formerly TruCadence), the One-Off Call feature is used to make an individual call to a prospect through Click Dialer, by clicking the Green phone icon next to the prospect phone number.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Click Dialer panel in the Prospect View window has been enhanced with the following buttons:
NOTE: These buttons will be displayed only after hanging up the call.
- Dial Next – Click to dial the next prospect.
You can also use the Dial Next button to dial multiple phone numbers for your prospect. When more than one phone number is available for the prospect, then the Dial Next button will be displayed with a dropdown menu listing all the available phone numbers of the active prospect. You can then select and establish the call to the respective phone number.
Also, you can find the Dial Next Contact button at the bottom of the list to dial the next prospect.
- Show More – Click to view and add details to the following tabs:

- Follow up – Tab to schedule a follow up call for the active prospect.
Once a follow up is created, a Follow up Call task will be created in the Pending Calls tab for the prospect. An entry for the task will be displayed in the Prospect View window » Activities section for the prospect.

- History – Display the past activities of the prospect
- Referral – Allows you to create a Referral that will be created in Cadence and your CRM (if CRM integrated).
NOTE: Click the Show Less button to hide the above details.
- Save – Click to save the call disposition
Accounts tab
New columns ‘Stats’ and ‘Owner’
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new column Stats has been added in the Accounts tab to display the Cadences, Calls made, Emails sent, Emails opened and replied metrics for each Account.
Also, a new column Owner has been introduced (next to the Stats column) to display the name (acronym) of the owner (user/manager).
Top 5 Cadences
In the previous version of Cadence, the Accounts » Overview tab displays the Statistical data of a specific account (selected) – such as Cadences, Prospects, Touches, Templates, Emails, and Calls.
However, in Cadence Version 11.0, the Cadence section with in the Overview tab has been modified in such a way where you can find the data of Top 5 Cadences associated with the selected Account.
Also, an icon has been added under each section header in the Overview tab. Upon clicking this icon, you will be redirected to the respective tab (within the Accounts tab) to view the complete data.
Email Templates tab
Switch between Templates
A new toggle button has been introduced in the Templates tab, where you can switch between My Templates and All Templates.
- My Templates – Default view of the Templates tab, where you can view only templates that you have created on your own.
- All Templates – Switch to view all Email Templates including templates shared by others and default templates
Removal of import Salesforce Templates feature
In Cadence Version 11.0, the feature for importing Email Templates from the Salesforce CRM has been temporarily removed. The Import Salesforce Templates button will not be available for access in the Templates tab, but this may be made available in the subsequent version of Cadence.
Right-click context menu
In Cadence Version 11.0, a right-click context menu has been introduced in the Template ‘Body’ section to perform the following functions:
- Link – Click to link (hyperlink) the selected content to an external link
- Copy – Click to copy the selected content within the template
- Cut – Click to cut the selected content within the template
- Paste – Click to paste the copied content in the clipboard (even from an external source)
Default Templates – Restriction on making changes
In Cadence (formerly TruCadence), you can use the default Templates (Template 1 to 6) available in the list by cloning the desired templates.
However, when trying to edit a default template, the Save button was enabled in the Edit Template window, which allows the users to edit the default templates as per their needs.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Save button in the default Templates have been disabled/grayed-out to restrict the users from making any changes and saving the Templates. Also, an alert message “This is a shared Template and cannot be updated” will be displayed at the top-right of the window, as shown below.
Absence/Missing of a Mail Merge in an Email
In Cadence, the Mail Merge option is used to fetch and display the individual recipient’s information when sending emails.
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new validation has been introduced to ensure the Mail Merge variable in the email template is updated correctly. If there is any absence or missing information for a Mail Merge variable, then the email will not be sent to the prospect.
Edit/Modify Shared templates
In the previous versions of Cadence (formerly TruCadence), users were restricted from editing/modifying the shared templates, although they were the owners of the templates.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The template owner will now edit/modify the shared template; even it has been made public or shared to a group of users/teams.
Change of Snippet icon
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Snippet icon has been changed to .
Removal of Performance Analysis of an individual Email Template
In Cadence Version 11.0, the feature for tracking and reviewing of an individual Email Template has been temporarily removed. This feature will not be available for access in the Templates tab, but this may be made available in the subsequent version of Cadence.
Changes in Performance Analysis of Top 10 Templates
In Cadence, the performance analysis of the top 10 templates can be viewed by clicking the Performance Analysis button (above the grid) in the Templates tab. The Graphical Bar Chart shows the performance of the Top 10 Templates.
In addition to that the following enhancements have been made on the Performance Analysis of Top 10 Templates pop up window:
- By default, the statistics for the email outcome Opened, Replied and Links Clicked will only be displayed.
Click on the Toggle button to right in the Performance Analysis of Top 10 Templates window, to view the statistics for the email outcome Sent, as shown below.
- You can view the statistics of a specific Email outcome in the Graphical chart by clicking (disabling) the rest of other legends. For example, to view the stats of the email outcome ‘Opened’, click on the legends ‘Replied’ and ‘Links Clicked’, as shown below:
- You can download the Graphical Chart by clicking the button at the right and select the format that you wish to download. The available formats are SVG, PNG and CSV.
You can find the exported file in your ‘Downloads’ folder.
Settings tab
Email Account Disable
In the previous version, there was no option to disable the Email Account added to the Settings » Email Settings tab, for email execution.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. A new checkbox Disable Email Account has been introduced in the Settings » Email Settings tab, as shown below.
A confirmation message below will be displayed when clicking this button.
Upon clicking the OK button, the Confirm out of Office Dates window will be displayed.
Select the Start Date and End Date, during which the email account will be disabled, and no emails will be sent from the portal. Also, information “Account is disabled from <start date> and <end date>” will be displayed below the Email field, as shown below:
After the date specified, the account will be activated again. In the meantime, if you wish to make the account active, deselect the option Disable Email Account and click OK in the below confirmation message.
Add logo or image to the Email Signature
Cadence Version 11.0 has provided an ability to add your business logo or image to your Email Signature. This will be added to the bottom of the email.
User Settings
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following settings are newly introduced in the Settings » User Settings tab:
- A new section Default Menu has been introduced with an option ‘Expand Menu Items upon screen load’ as shown below. Upon selection, the cadence Menu items will expand and display each time the screen loads.
- A new section Dashboard Widgets has been introduced with the following touches, where you can select and view the widgets for the touches in the Dashboard tab:
- Call
- Social
- Unassigned
- A new field Default Font Family has been introduced in the Emails section, to configure the default font and size of the Email Message.
The settings configured will be reflected in the Add Template window, when composing a new email template.
NOTE: You can also change the default font and size of the message in a template, if needed.
Activity Data Mappings – New TruCadence Expressions
In Cadence (formerly TruCadence), the Activity – Data Mappings section under the Settings » Sync Field Mappings tab is used to map the activities (such as Call Outcomes, Comments, etc.) recorded in Cadence to CRM fields using the TruCadence Expression, which will be created in the Activity History section in the CRM.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following Cadence Expressions are newly added to map the corresponding fields recorded in Cadence to CRM Fields.
- Wrap Time
- List Name
- Call Duration
- Caller ID
- Type
Default Notification Settings
From Cadence Version 11.0, the following Email & Call Outcomes will be enabled by default for the new Orgs/customers in the Settings » Notifications tab and the notifications for the respective touch outcomes will be displayed under the Notification icon .

Touch Outcomes
The Touch Outcomes section in the Settings » Touch Outcomes tab has been made read-only or non-editable. Previously, this was editable.
Also, a new Engagement Score column has been introduced to display the pre-configured metrics for each touch outcomes.
Dashboard
Label Change – ‘Home’ to ‘Dashboard’
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Home tab has been renamed to Dashboard tab.
Inclusion of new sections
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following sections are newly added below the To Do section in the Dashboard tab:
- Active Cadences
A new section Active Cadences has been introduced in the Dashboard to display the list of active cadences with the count of prospects available in it.
Upon clicking the Cadence name, touches to be executed under the selected cadence will be displayed along with the prospect count, as shown below:
Also, the prospect count for the touches has been hyperlinked, which will bring you either the To Do tab or Pending Calls tab based on the touch associated to the Cadence, upon clicking.
In addition, you can select and filter any touch in the Cadences available by clicking the dropdown at the top of the section. Only cadences with the filtered touch will be displayed in the Active Cadences section, upon selection.
- ‘Call Info’ section
Here, you can see the dialing information:

- Dials – Number of dials made by the selected user for the date range selected
- Valid Connects – Number of valid connects recorded during the date range selected
- Talk Time – Total talk time for the selected user (in minutes) for the date range selected
Also, you can switch between charts and values as needed by clicking the respective icons. Upon clicking the Chart icon , the values will be replaced by chart as shown below:
Top 5 Cadences
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new section Top Performing Cadences has been introduced to graphically display the Top 5 Cadences based on the Engagement scores.
This section can be used to derive or infer any actions to be taken on other Cadences by Managers for betterment of engagement of prospects, which leads to increase in business.
NOTE: This section will be available only for Managers.
Top 10 Engaged Prospects
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new section Top Engaged Prospects has been introduced for Managers to graphically display the Top 10 prospects based on the Engagement scores.
NOTE: This section will be available only for Managers.
Activity Metrics
A new section Activity Metrics has been introduced to graphically display the activities done (Emails, Calls, Social and LinkedIn) by the logged-in user for the last week.
NOTE: This section will be available only for Talkers (Sales Reps).
Future Tasks
A new section Future Tasks has been introduced to display the task count scheduled to execute on the subsequent days/weeks, in both statistical and graphical chart.
NOTE: The statistical data for Email, Calls & Social touch will only be displayed.
Removal of ‘Best Time of the Day’
In Cadence Version 11.0, the section ‘Best Time of the Day’ in the Dashboard tab has been removed and no longer be available to access.

Top 10 Email Templates
A new section Templates has been introduced to show the top 10 Email Templates based on the following metrics – Opened, Replied, Clicked, Bounced and Opt-out.
Top 10 Cadences
A new section Cadences has been introduced to show the top 10 Cadences based on the following metrics – Prospects Assigned, Calls Made, Emails Sent, Fall through, LinkedIn and Social.
Also, you can switch between values and charts as needed by clicking the respective icons. Upon clicking the Chart icon , the values will be replaced by graphical chart (Stacked or Grouped) as shown below:

Hyperlink for Cadence Name
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Cadence names across the tabs are hyperlinked, with an exception of Accounts tab. This will bring up the Edit Cadence window and its associated Cadence information when clicked.
Limitation of Notifications
The Notification feature is used to notify users when a touch has been completed or needs a user’s attention, based on the settings enabled in the Settings » Notifications tab. The Notification panel shows a maximum of 15 notifications in a view with Load More icon at the bottom, which loads the next 15 notifications upon each click.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Notification panel has been enhanced to display the notifications only for the last 90 days.
Also, a new filter option ‘Unread’ has been introduced to show all the unread notifications for the logged-in user. By default, the notification filter will be ‘Today’.
Request ID
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new Request ID concept has been introduced for troubleshooting the error/alert messages which you may come across in the application. Please copy the Request ID of the error/alert message displaying by clicking the Copy icon and send to the Koncert Support for quick fix.
