The Koncert (Dialers) Fall '21 Release includes significant enhancements that will bring you a better Koncert experience.
This article provides you an overview of the below enhancements added to the Koncert (Dialers) Version 11.0.

Standalone Users
Two-step Authentication to Login
Koncert has now integrated with a security mechanism Two-step authentication (an additional layer of security) for Standalone users to prevent our products from unauthorized access. This has been enabled on request basis.
For Standalone users, it is mandatory to install the Google Authenticator app or any other similar app on your mobile phone to receive the 6-digit code, which helps to log into the Koncert portal.
NOTE: Sign up to the Google Authenticator app or any other similar app with your email address as registered in Koncert.
After entering your Username and Password in the Koncert homepage, click the Sign in button to log in to Koncert portal. You will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code received on the Google Authenticator or any other similar app that you have installed.
Once you entered the code received, click on the icon to log into the portal.
My Session Enhancements
The following enhancements/changes have been made in the My Session tab:
- There is a change in the background color of the Dialing Tools section.
- The appearance of the play
icon next to the Voicemail dropdown has been changed to
. In addition, the Play
icon will be enabled and displayed only when a voicemail is selected from the Voicemail dropdown. Previously, it was displayed by default.
- The width of the columns under the My Session – Workspace section has been made uniform for better visual appearance, without any alignment issue.
- There was an issue in the Flow Dialer, where when hiding the buttons in the dialing tools section (by clicking the Hide Labels
icon), the Hang Up
icon was not getting displayed. This prevents the user from hanging up the connected call when the option Auto open Call disposition pop up for each dial is disabled under the Settings tab.
This has been addressed in Koncert Version 11.0. The Hang Up icon will now be displayed to the left of the Redial/Adhoc dialing
icon in the dialing tool.
- The Refresh
icon in the dialing tools section has been moved to the left a step before the Dialer Mode
icon.
Call Disposition Enhancements
In Koncert Version 11.0, the following enhancements/changes have been made in the Call Disposition window:
- The User Interface of the Call Disposition window has been changed completely for better experience.

- The ‘Notes’ tab has been renamed to ‘History’ tab.

- The Cadence
icon in the Call Disposition window has been removed; instead a new tab ‘Cadence’ has been introduced next to the Referral tab (for Flow Dialer) or Call Issue tab (for Agent Assisted Dialer), which brings up the Add To Cadence window upon clicking.

NOTE: When trying to add a Cadence prospect to Cadence again by clicking the Cadence tab, an alert message will appear with OK and Close buttons. Clicking OK will display the Prospect activity in the left pane of Call Disposition window. Previously, it was displayed on the right.
- The Follow Up tab has been removed; instead a new Follow Up section has been added which can be accessed under any of the tabs.

Administration tab
Sub-tabs – Position Change
From Koncert Version 11.0, the sub-tabs under the Administration tab have been moved to the left as a separate pane, where the users can click and view the desired tabs. Previously, the sub-tabs were located at the top of the Administration tab.

Report Hierarchy – Label Change
In the Teams tab, the button ‘Report Hierarchy’ has been renamed to ‘Add Team’.
Also, the title of the window ‘Add Report Hierarchy’ (displaying when clicking the ‘Add Team’ button - formerly ‘Report Hierarchy’) has been renamed to ‘Add Team’.
Additional fields in the ‘Edit User Information’ window
In Koncert Version 11.0, the following preset User information fields are newly introduced in the Edit User Information window for configuration, which will be displayed upon clicking the link “Show additional fields” at the bottom of the window.
The aforementioned fields can be hidden from view by clicking the link “Hide additional fields” at the bottom of the window.
NOTE: Upon expanding the section, the link “Show additional fields” will be replaced with “Hide additional fields”.
My Reports tab
UI Changes
As part of the UI changes, the following changes have been made in the My Reports tab:
- The size of the fields under the Report Inputs section has been made uniform for better visual appearance.
- The Customize and Reset buttons have been interchanged.
- The columns ‘Is Rated?’ & ‘Is Two Party?’ in the Flow Dialer – Call Disposition Report and Agent Assisted – Talker Call Disposition Report have been changed as “Rated?” & “Two Party Consent?”
Koncert – Executive Report
In Koncert Version 11.0, the following columns have been added to the Koncert – Executive Report:
- # Meetings – Number of meetings scheduled by the Sales reps
- Follow Ups – Number of Follow ups made by the Sales reps
- Referrals – Number of Referrals made by the Sales reps
Inclusion of new columns
In Koncert Version 11.0, the following columns have been added to the Koncert Reports:
- C2M – Number of Connects / Number of Meetings
- C2M% – Number of Meetings /Number of Connects) * 100
- D2P – Number of Dials / Number of Positive Connects
The columns C2M and C2M% have been added to the following reports:
- Koncert – Executive Report,
- Flow Dialer – Executive Report
- Agent Assisted Dialer – Executive Report
- Agent Assisted Dialer – Weekly Summary Report
- Sales Rep Connects Performance Report
- List Performance Report
- Overall Usage Report
- Koncert User monthly usage metrics Report
The column D2P has been added to the following reports:
- Agent Assisted Dialer – Executive Report
- Agent Assisted Dialer – Weekly Summary Report
