The Koncert (Cadence) Fall '21 Release includes significant enhancements that will bring you a better Koncert experience.

Standalone Users
Two-step Authentication to Login
Koncert has now integrated with a security mechanism Two-step authentication (an additional layer of security) for Standalone users to prevent our products from unauthorized access. This has been enabled on request basis.
For Standalone users, it is mandatory to install the Google Authenticator app or any other similar app on your mobile phone to receive the 6-digit code, which helps to log into the Koncert portal.
NOTE: Sign up to the Google Authenticator app or any other similar app with your email address as registered in Koncert.
After entering your Username and Password in the Koncert homepage, click the Sign in button to log in to Koncert portal. You will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code received on the Google Authenticator or any other similar app that you have installed.
Once you entered the code received, click on the icon to log into the portal.
Emails tab
A new tab called Emails has been introduced (below the To Do tab on the left pane) specifically for Email touch. From the Emails tab, you can manage and perform the following actions:
- View the metrics for the following email outcomes:
○ Pending – Number of pending Emails. Click to view the list of pending emails with the following details:
■ Subject – Email Subject
■ Cadence – Cadence under which the email processed
■ Name – Prospect/Contact Name
○ Replied – Number of replies from the prospects. Click to view the list of replied emails with the following details:
■ Subject – Email Subject
■ Cadence – Cadence under which the email processed
■ Name – Prospect/Contact Name
■ Replied on – Date and Time stamp when the prospect has replied
○ Scheduled – Number of scheduled emails. Click to view the list of scheduled emails with the following details:
■ Subject – Email Subject
■ Cadence – Cadence under which the email processed
■ Name – Prospect/Contact Name
■ Scheduled on – Date and Time stamp when the email has been scheduled
○ Bounced – Number of emails bounced. Click to view the list of bounced emails with the following details:
■ Subject – Email Subject
■ Cadence – Cadence under which the email processed
■ Name – Prospect/Contact Name
■ Bounced on – Date and Time stamp when the email is bounced
○ Sent – Number of emails sent by the user. Click to view the list of emails sent with the following details:
■ Subject – Email Subject
■ Cadence – Cadence under which the email processed
■ Name – Prospect/Contact Name
■ Stats – Statistics (opened, replied and links clicked) of the emails sent
■ Sent on – Date and Time stamp when the email has been sent
- Compose and send an instant email (Send One-Off Email) to the prospects by clicking the Compose Email button at the left pane.
Upon clicking the Email Subject, the Email Overview window will be displayed where you can view the history of email activities.
Managers can view the Email activities of their team and perform the above actions.
Jobs Queue
A new tab Jobs Queue has been introduced under the Settings tab to view the list of bulk jobs/tasks in queue that are submitted for process and their status.
The available columns are:
- Job Type – Job/task submitted for process
- Description – Description of the job/task and their status
- Start Time – Date & Time stamp when the job/task is processed
- End Time – Date & Time stamp when the job/task is ended
- Processed – Number of records processed so far in a job/task
- Submitted – Total number of records submitted in a job/task
- Status – Status for each job/task
Also, you can search and view the status of a specific job/task using the filters – Date Range, Status, Job Type and Request Id.
- Date Range – Select a date range during which the job/task are submitted for process and their status
- Status – Select and search for a desired status. The available options are:
○ In Progress
○ Success
○ Failure
- Job Type – Select a Job Type or task in queue for process. The available options are:
○ Inactive Cadence – Select to view the status of the Cadences that are made inactive
○ Assign Prospects – Select to view the status of assigning bulk prospects to a Cadence
○ Move to Another Cadence – Select to view the status of moving bulk prospects from cadence to Cadence
○ Exit Prospects – Select to view the status of exiting bulk prospects from the assigned Cadence
○ Pause Prospects – Select to view the status of pausing bulk prospects from the assigned Cadence
○ Resume Prospects – Select to view the status of resuming bulk prospects from the assigned Cadence
○ Delete Prospects – Select to view the status of deleting bulk prospects from Cadence
- Request Id – Enter the Request Id generated during the submission of a task to search for.
Transfer Ownership
A new feature Transfer Ownership has been introduced under the Settings tab for managers to transfer the records from one user to another user.
The below assets owned by the user will be transferred to another user in the Team.
- Accounts
- Prospects
- Cadences
- Email Templates
By default, all the checkboxes above will be enabled. Upon clicking the Transfer Ownership button, the Transfer Ownership window will be displayed.
Select the desired users from the ‘From’ (from whom the records to be transferred) and ‘To’ (to whom the records to be transferred) dropdowns. Click Save to transfer the records.
NOTE: Prospects assigned to a Cadence will be exited and moved to the selected user.
New Touch type ‘Task’
A new touch type called Task has been introduced in the View Cadence window to create a task, which could be a note or a reminder to the user for an upcoming activity. Prospects assigned with Task touch will be logged under the To Do » Tasks tab for manual execution.
Upon clicking the Task icon, the Add Task Touch window will pop up with the following fields:
- Subject – Enter the subject of the Task
- Description – Description about Task
- Time to wait and Execute – Select the delay time in minutes/hours/days to execute the Task touch. The prospects will be moved to the To Do » Tasks tab automatically for manual execution, after the specified wait time
- Maximum Time to complete the Touch – Select the maximum time the prospects should be in the To Do » Tasks tab (in minutes/hours/days), after which the prospects will be removed from the To Do tab and will fall under the touch outcome - ‘Fall Through’. They will then be moved to the next touch.
An activity for the Task creation will be displayed in the Prospect View window » Activities section.
New Touch type 'Follow Prospect'
A new touch type called Follow Prospect has been introduced for LinkedIn touch in the Add/Edit LinkedIn Touch window, which brings the ability to the users to follow the prospects in LinkedIn.
Cadence Summary
A new tab Summary has been added to the View Cadence window to display the statistics of the following touch outcomes in a graphical format for the selected cadence.
- Call
- Social
To view the detailed summary of the Email Touches in a Cadence, click on the Email Summary button at the top-right.
Here, you can view the following details:
- Statistics for both the Auto and Personalized emails in the Cadence.
- Graphical and Statistical views of the Email Templates used in the Email Touches under that Cadence will be displayed in the ‘Template Summary’ and ‘Template Summary Graph (Top 5)’
NOTE: The Summary of a Cadence can be quickly viewed by clicking the Summary icon on the floating toolbar, when hovering over a Cadence.
Upon clicking the Summary icon, you will be redirected to the View Cadence » Summary tab.
Cadences tab
Send Emails on Prospect’s Time Zone
A new checkbox Use Prospect Timezone if available has been introduced in the Add Email Touch/Edit Email Touch window for the schedule type Send by exact date/time to send the emails automatically on the prospect’s time zone, instead of the Default Time Zone.
View Cadence window Enhancements
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following enhancements/changes have been made in the View Cadence window:
- In Cadence, the Prospects tab under the View Cadence window is used to view the total number of prospects imported (under this cadence) by the logged-in user and are displayed under different metrics (based on their status) such as Active, Exited, Attempted, Interested, Not Interested, Bad Data, Opt-out, Do Not Contact and Replied, above the grid.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the aforementioned metrics have been moved to the right as a separate pane in a vertical view. In addition, you can also view the number of prospects at different touch numbers individually in that cadence.
- A new Stats section has been introduced in the View Cadence » Prospects tab (above the grid) to display the following metrics:
- Total number of emails sent from that cadence
- Total number of calls made
- Total number of bounced emails
- Total number of opened emails
- Total number of links clicked in the emails
- Total number of replied emails from the prospects
Upon clicking the desired metric, prospects associated with that metric will be displayed in the grid. For example, if you click the metric Emails Sent , prospects associated with touch type Email and outcome ‘Sent’ will be displayed.
- To visually differentiate the Auto Email Touch & Personalized Email Touch, the icons for both the touches have been modified in the Cadences » View Cadence » Touches and Overview tabs, as shown below:
Auto Email
Personalized Email Touch
- A new column Due has been introduced in the View Cadence » Prospects tab to display the due time to complete the touch.
- A new column Due has been introduced in the View Cadence » Overview tab to display the number of pending prospects associated for each touch. Upon clicking the hyperlinked count, you will be redirected to either To Do tab or Pending Calls tab based on the touch associated.
Example: If you click the Due count for an Email Touch (Personalized), you will be redirected to the To Do » Email tab, where you can view the respective pending prospects associated to that Cadence.
Prospects tab
Add New Prospect – Add to Cadence
A new field Add to Cadence has been added to the Add New Prospect window to directly assign the adding prospect to a Cadence.
Display of Engagement Score
A new column Score has been introduced in the Prospects tab to display the engagement score of the prospects, individually.
Inclusion of Prospect’s Title
A new field Title has been added below the prospect’s name under the column Name in the Prospects tab. Also, the same has been added in the View Info pop up window when clicking the icon on a floating toolbar.
Send One-Off Email from ‘View Info’ window
In Cadence, you can view the prospect information by clicking the Info icon on the floating toolbar when hovering over a prospect in the Prospects tab. The View Info - <Prospect Name> window shows you the following prospect information – Title, Email, Phone, Email Counter, First Dialed Date, etc.
There was an issue in the View Info - <Prospect Name> window, where the Email icon next to the prospect’s Email ID was not made clickable for managers preventing them from sending one-off emails on behalf of a user.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The Email icon in the View Info - <Prospect Name> window is now made clickable for Managers, which brings ability to send one-off email on behalf of a user, upon clicking the Email icon.
Display of Owner Name
A new column Owner has been introduced in the Prospects tab to display the name (acronym) of the user/manager who imported the prospect.
Removal of ‘Assign All’ & ‘Delete All’
In Cadence, the Assign All and Delete All options under the Action dropdown in the Prospects tab are used to assign all prospects to a Cadence and delete all prospects at once, respectively. These options are enabled and displayed for selection only after applying a filter.
From Cadence Version 11.0, both the Assign All and Delete All options have been removed from the Actions dropdown. However, the actions performed by these options can be achieved through the Assign and Delete options.
Also, the below confirmation message will be displayed with prospects count only when the prospects count that meets the criteria/filter applied is greater than the current View Page count (5 or 10 or 25 or 50 or 100).
- Click the prospects count in blue to assign only the prospects in the current view page to a Cadence
or
- Click the prospects count in green to assign the entire prospects (that meets the criteria/filter applied) in the tab to a Cadence
NOTE: The above feature is also applicable for all the actions except Tag and Export. Managers can perform these activities on behalf of their team.
Transfer Ownership – No users available
In Cadence, you can transfer prospects from one user to another user. Even managers can transfer prospects on behalf of their user.
There was an issue in the Transfer Ownership window, where the To field (to whom the prospects to be transferred) was enabled for selection, even when there was no other user/manager in the team.
This has been addressed in Koncert Version 11.0. The To field in the Transfer Ownership window has been disabled and displayed with a message ‘No Users Available’ when there is no other user/manager in the team.
Remove Prospect(s) From Cadence – Inclusion of Note section
In Cadence, the Remove Prospect(s) From Cadence window is displayed to get a confirmation on the removal of selected prospect(s) from the assigned Cadence, after clicking the Exit option.
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new note section has been added in the Remove Prospect(s) From Cadence window to visually notify the users that no action will be taken if the prospects are not assigned to any Cadence.
Add to Cadence – Filtering invalid Cadences
In the previous version of Cadence, the Add to Cadence dropdown field was introduced in both the Upload List(s) and Upload List From File window to directly assign the prospects uploaded from a CRM or from your computer, respectively.
There was an issue on listing the Cadences in the Add to Cadence dropdown, where ‘Cadences with no email templates’ and ‘Cadences with passed Email schedule’ were being listed for selection.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. Henceforth, ‘Cadences with no email templates’ and ‘Cadences with passed Email schedule’ will not be listed out in the Add To Cadence dropdown.
To Do tab
New sub-tab ‘Task’
A new sub-tab Task has been introduced in the To Do tab to view the list of prospects assigned to a Task touch via Cadence and manual tasks scheduled via Prospect View window for manual execution.
The task can be executed individually by clicking the Task icon under the Action column. The Complete Touch - Task window will be displayed, where you can enter notes and click the Complete Touch button to complete the Task touch.
Also, you can Snooze, Edit and Complete the manual tasks individually by clicking the ellipsis icon to the right of the prospect, as shown below:
An activity for the Task execution will be displayed in the Prospect View window » Activities section.
NOTE: In the Previous version of Cadence, the manual tasks created via Prospect View window were logged in the Pending Calls tab for execution. But from Cadence Version 11.0, the manual tasks will be listed under To Do » Tasks tab.
Hyperlink for Account Name, Contact Name and Cadence
In the previous version of Cadence, the fields Account Name, Contact Name and Cadence in the Complete Touch - Social and Complete Touch - LinkedIn window were not hyperlinked, when executing the respective touches from the To Do tab.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The fields Account Name, Contact Name and Cadence in the aforementioned windows have been hyperlinked and you will be redirected to the respective screens/windows upon clicking the link.
Pending Calls tab
Search Prospects
A new Search option has been introduced in the Pending Calls tab which brings the ability to search the required prospects based on Contact Name, Account Name or Cadence (assigned with).
After entering the search criteria, either press Enter or click the Search icon.
Also, you can clear the filter applied by clicking the icon within the Search field.
Follow Up Call – Display of Due Date and Time
In the previous version of Cadence, the due date for the follow up call was only being displayed in the Follow Up View Info - <Prospect Name> window.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the due date along with time stamp has been added in the Follow Up View Info - <Prospect Name> window, for the follow up calls.
Prospect View
New button 'Note'
A new Note button has been added to the Actions section to add a note (if any) for the prospect.
Upon clicking the Note button, the Add a note window will be displayed. Here you can enter the notes (if any) for the prospect in the Notes section, up to a maximum of 32000 characters. Also, you can browse and attach a file from your computer by clicking the Choose File button. Please ensure the file size should not be greater than 3MB.
NOTE: The allowed file formats are .docx, .gif, .jpg, .pdf, and .xls
Click Save to save the notes. The notes will be logged under the Notes section of the Prospect View window.
You can change/modify the notes or delete and add a new file in the notes by clicking the Edit icon at the top-right of the Notes section.
Also, you can delete the notes by clicking the Delete icon at the top-right of the Notes section.
A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click Delete.
After successful deletion, an alert message “Notes deleted successfully” will be displayed.
New button 'Complete'
A new Complete button has been added to the Actions section to manually complete the pending Touch (Emails / Calls / LinkedIn / Social) the active prospect is assigned with.
Email Touch
If a prospect is assigned to an Email Touch then the Complete Touch - Email window will pop up upon clicking the Complete button. Enter the information in the Comments field, and click the Complete Touch button to complete the Email touch.
Call Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a Call Touch then the Log a Call window will pop up upon clicking the Complete button. Select the call outcome from the Call Result dropdown and enter the call notes (if any) in the Notes field. Click Save to log the call.
Social Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a Social Touch then the Complete Touch - Social window will pop up upon clicking the Complete button. Enter the information in the Comments field and click the Complete Touch button to complete the Social touch.
LinkedIn Touch
If a prospect is assigned to a LinkedIn Touch then the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window will pop up, upon clicking the Complete button. Execute the respective LinkedIn action and click the Complete Touch button to complete the LinkedIn touch.
New filter ‘Task’
A new filter Task has been introduced in the Prospect View window » Activities section to view the complete activities of the new touch type ‘Task’.
Edit/Modify User’s Prospects
In the previous version of Cadence, managers were allowed to view their user’s prospects but restricted from editing/modifying the prospects information.
From Cadence Version 11.0, managers are allowed to view and edit/modify their user’s prospects information.
Paused Prospect – Tooltip information
In Cadence Version 11.0, a tooltip information “Prospect is currently paused. Prospect will resume on <Resume date>” will be displayed when hovering over a paused prospect status in the Prospect View window.
Other Enhancements
- The name (acronym) of the user/manager who imported the active prospect will be displayed at the top of the window, as shown below:
- The Engagement Score section (below the Actions section) in the Prospect View window has been moved at the top of the window with a new icon . Also, the engagement score of the active prospect will be displayed to the right, as shown below:
Upon clicking this section, the Engagement Score window will pop up and project the engagement score in a graphical format, as shown below:
- In the previous version of Cadence, the status ‘Active’ was being displayed for the unassigned and never assigned prospects instead of ‘Unassigned’, in the Prospect View window.
This has been addressed in the latest Cadence version 11.0. Henceforth, the status ‘Unassigned’ will be displayed for both the unassigned and never assigned prospects, as shown below:
Click Dialer Enhancements
There was an issue in the Click Dialer pane within the Prospect View window, where the text Connected was being displayed during the entire session (after connecting to the Phone Bridge) even after hanging up a call. This leads to confusion for the users that the next call was dialed and connected.
This issue has now been resolved in Cadence Version 11.0. The text Connected has been removed and will not be available, henceforth.
Templates tab
Tagging of Email Template/Snippets
The ‘Tag’ feature in Cadence has now been extended to Templates tab, which allows you to tag the Email Templates and Snippets for better search experience. The Tag icon will be available for access when hovering over a Template or Snippet.
Upon clicking the Tag icon, the Tag template/snippet window will be displayed. Here you can either enter or select the Tag name from the dropdown. Click Tag to tag the selected template or snippet.
NOTE: This will overwrite the existing tag (if any) for your template or snippet.
Limitation of Attachment Size
From Cadence Version 11.0, the maximum size of the attachments for an Email Template has been limited to 1 MB. Previously it was 5 MB.
Accounts tab
Display of Pause icon
There was an issue in the previous version of Cadence, where the Pause icon was not getting displayed next to the paused prospect in the Accounts » Prospects tab.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The Pause icon will now be displayed for the paused prospects in the Accounts » Prospects tab.
Removal of ‘Remove Tag’ option
In Cadence » Accounts tab, users can remove the tag added to an account by simply clicking the Removeicon next to the tag name.
In Cadence Version 11.0, the option to remove the tag name (i.e. Removeicon) added to an account has been removed. Henceforth, users cannot remove the tag name of an account from the Accounts tab.
Settings tab
Email Account – Office365 (Oauth)
In the previous version of Cadence, there were three Email Server types (listed below) through which the emails were sent to the prospects, based on the configuration.
- Gmail
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange (2007/2010/2013/2016)
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Server type 'Office 365' has been renamed to Office365 (Basic). Also, a new server type Office365 (Oauth) has been introduced which allows users to authenticate the account using a Third party authentication Oauth login process in order to provide additional, modern authentication for emails. The Office365 (Oauth) reduces the number of instances of entering the password.
After selecting the Server type Office365 (Oauth), the following fields will be displayed:
- Email – Enter the Email address from which the emails have to be sent to the prospects.
- Username – Enter the User Name of your Email account.
- Save Email Account – Click to bring up the authentication page. After successful authentication, you will be notified with a green checkmark ‘Your Account is Verified’.
Links
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new section Links has been introduced in the Settings » User Settings tab with an option “Open external links in a separate window”, which will launch the Dialers application or any external links on a separate tab within the same browser, upon selecting it and vice versa.
Sync Logs
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Sync Type filter in the Settings » Sync Logs tab has been modified and listed with the following options:
- Record Update (Sync to CRM)
- Record Update (Sync from CRM)
- Activities (Sync to CRM)
CRM Sync Settings
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following changes have been made in the CRM Sync Settings tab:
- In the Settings » CRM Sync Settings tab » Sync from Cadence To CRM » Sync Activity section, managers can select (individually) and save the Touch Outcome for which the activities should be created in the CRM.
From Cadence version 11.0, managers can select all the touch outcomes across the page at once by clicking the checkbox on the grid header. Upon clicking, a pop up will be displayed with the selected row count (on the current page) and the total number of row count available (across the pages). You can choose the desired option as you wish and click Save to create activities for the selected touch outcomes in the CRM.
- In the previous version, the Delete icon under the Sync From CRM To Cadence section (to delete the entire Workflow) was placed next to the Choose Record Type field, which was misleading the users that it was placed to delete the record type.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. The position of the Delete icon has been changed and placed next to the Reset Criteria icon (below the Choose Record Type field). Also, the color of the Delete icon has been changed to Blue .
User Settings – Emails
In the previous version of Cadence, the Email settings under the Settings » User Settings tab » Emails section was being displayed in a single column (in a vertical order).
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Emails section will be displayed in two columns for better appearance.
Notification
In Cadence » Settings » Notifications tab, a new message “Please select the outcomes that trigger the notification“ has been added below the header Notifications to visually notify the users to select the outcomes for which notification has to be created.
Email Execution Schedule – column name change
In Cadence Version 11.0, the column name Created Date under the Email Execution Schedule tab has been renamed to Created Date and Time.
Reports tab
Inclusion of LinkedIn, Social & Fall Through metrics
In the previous version of Cadence, the Cadences section in the Reports tab displayed only the following metrics – Prospects Assigned, Calls Made, & Emails Sent.
In Cadence Version 11.0, along with the aforementioned metrics, the LinkedIn, Social and Fall Through metrics have been added to the Cadences section. The metrics count will be updated upon successful execution of the corresponding touches.
Hyperlink for Template Name
In Cadence Version 11.0, the Template names under the Reports tab » Templates section have been hyperlinked, which brings up the respective Email Template window, when clicked.
Dashboard
Active Cadences
A new section Active Cadences has been introduced in the Dashboard to display the list of active cadences with the count of prospects available in it. This section will be auto sorted in Descending order based on the prospects count.
Upon clicking the Cadence name, touches to be executed under the selected cadence will be displayed along with the prospect count, as shown below:
Also, the prospect count for the touches has been hyperlinked, which will bring you either the To Do tab or Pending Calls tab based on the touch associated to the Cadence, upon clicking.
Also, you can select and filter any touch in the Cadences available by clicking the dropdown at the top of the section. Only cadences with the filtered touch will be displayed in the Active Cadences section, upon selection.
Managers can select and view their team’s active cadences with the prospect’s count. By default, the logged-in manager name will be selected and displayed.
However, users can only view their own active cadences list.
Top 5 Engaged Prospects
A new section Top Engaged Prospects has been introduced for Managers to graphically display the Top 5 prospects based on the Engagement scores.
Others
Display of Loading icon
From Cadence Version 11.0, you can see the Loading icon on some screens/tabs where it takes more than 5 seconds to load the data.
For example, displaying of Loading icon in the Prospect View window.
No Data Available
From Cadence Version 11.0, a message “No Data Available” will be displayed on the following tabs, when there are no records available to display.
- Pending Calls
- To Do
- Cadences
- Prospects
- Accounts
- Templates
