The call lists that have been uploaded from the My Lists tab or from Cadence will be displayed in the My Session workspace.
Below you can find the list of columns available in this section:
Call – Click to select all unchecked records on the dialing list. You can select and deselect each record individually by checking or unchecking the box next to each number. Dialing will be initiated only for the contacts that are selected.
A warning message below will be displayed to ensure proceed with records that are flagged for ‘Do Not Call Until’.
Click Yes to select all records including records flagged for ‘Do Not Call Until’ or click Cancel to cancel the process.
Do Not Call Until – Option to select a future date to call the prospect.
NOTE: When Do Not Call Until is used on a file, Koncert will remember it was unchecked, but it will not remember the Do Not Call Until date.
Caller ID – Hover over on the icon to view the Caller ID that will be displayed to prospects when dialing. This option will be displayed only after starting a dialing session (read-only option, no changes can be made).
Parking – Indicates that the contact/record is parked. Dialing will NOT be initiated for the Parked contacts.
Priority – Select how often you would like the Prospect to be called during the session. By default, the Priority will be ‘1’. If needed, you can change the priority by clicking the increment/decrement icons .
View Notes – Click to view the activity history of the prospect from your CRM in the View Notes window.
NOTE: This will only work for Koncert sites integrated with a CRM.
QNotes – Click to bring up the Call Disposition popup window to log the details of a call. This icon will be displayed only after starting a session.
CRM – Click to open and view the prospect details directly from the CRM. If you are a non-CRM customer, this icon will be grayed-out .
Account Name, Contact Name, Phone, and Title (example) – Here you will see the data you have chosen to be shown here from the Customize Columns section in the Settings tab.
After the dialing session has been started, dialing information such as number of Dials made, number of Connects, Total Time of the session being progressed, Hold Time, and Wrap Time will appear on the top of the Koncert portal.
