The Koncert - Network Latency report provides you detailed information on the bandwidth performance of your internet for a time period of 30 minutes (in the last 3 months).
- Either you can choose the product(s) for which the report is to be retrieved or can leave the Product field 'blank' to retrieve the report for all the products you licensed. Reports associated with the selected product along with generic reports will appear under the Report Type dropdown.
NOTE: When the product field is left blank, only Generic reports will appear under Report Type.
- Select the report type ‘Koncert - Network Latency’, Start Date, Start Time, End Time, and End Date from the respective fields. By default, the Users field will be displayed with your name (logged-in user name).
NOTE:
- You cannot change the Date Range field as it defaults to ‘Custom’ and grayed out.
- The report can be retrieved for the time duration of 30 minutes only. If you have selected more than 30 minutes, then the alert message below will be displayed:
- Click on the Run Report button to retrieve the report.
The Response Time (Average in Milliseconds) will be visible in the header of the chart and are categorized as follows:
