Below you can find how to delete a touch in a Cadence:

NOTE: You cannot delete a touch in an active or inactive Cadence. When trying to delete, an alert message below will be displayed:

1. In the Cadences » Unused tab, click on the cadence under which the touch details need to be deleted.

2. After the View Cadence window pops up, click on the Delete icon to the right of the respective touch.

3. A confirmation message below will be displayed.

4. Click Delete to delete the touch. An alert message below will be displayed after successful deletion.

NOTE: If an unused Cadence has a sequence of Email Touches with both New & Reply Email, then deleting the New Email Touch in a series will display the Delete Touch window with a notification ‘Upon deleting the New Email, the immediate reply email will become the New Email’, as shown below:

Click OK to delete the new touch.
