The Cadences tab is used to create a new Cadence, add touches to a Cadence, clone, edit, view, delete, pause, resume, inactive a Cadence, and view the summary of the Cadence. In addition, you can make use of the Sample Cadences feature by cloning the desired sample cadence.
Cadences created by the logged-in user, and the shared cadences will be listed in the Cadences tab. You can toggle between My Cadences and All Cadences using the Toggle button .
In addition, the statistics of each Cadence will be displayed under the Stats column.
Cadences are separated and listed under different tabs based on the below status:
All – Displays all the active, unused, inactive, and paused Cadences
Active – Displays only the active Cadences
Unused – Displays only the unused Cadences
Inactive – Displays only the inactive Cadences
Paused – Displays only the paused Cadences
NOTE: Cadence count can be found under each sub-tab.
Search Filter – Enter the full or partial name of the Cadence and press Enter. The cadences that match the criteria will be displayed.
Sample Cadences – Click to view and clone a sample Cadence from the Sample Cadences window.
New Cadence – Click to add/create a new Cadence.
icon – Click to toggle between My Cadences and All Cadences.
- My Cadences – Displays the Cadences created by the logged-in user.
- All Cadences – Displays all the Cadences created by the logged-in user and shared by others.
Cadences – Displays the Cadence name and brings up the View Cadence window upon clicking, to view the activities performed in the selected Cadence.
The following icons will be displayed on the floating toolbar when hovering over a Cadence:
Edit – Click to bring up the Edit Cadence window to edit the Cadence General Info.
Clone – Click to clone the selected Cadence.
Make the Cadence Inactive – Click to make the Cadence Inactive.
Make the Cadence Active – Click to make the inactive Cadence Active. This icon will be displayed only for the inactive Cadence.
Pause – Click to pause the Cadence.
Resume – Click to resume the paused Cadence. This icon will be displayed only for the paused Cadence.
Delete – Click to delete the Cadence.
Summary – Click to view the summary of the Cadence.
Prospects Due – Displays the total number of pending calls and pending emails.
icon – Number of pending calls in the Cadence.
icon – Number of pending emails in the Cadence.
Stats – Displays the statistics of the Cadence.
Total – Total number of prospects in the Cadence.
Completed – Total number of prospects who have completed the actions in the Cadence.
Active – Total number of active prospects in the Cadence.
Paused – Total number of paused prospects in the Cadence.
Touch – Total number of Touches added to the Cadence.
Owner – Displays the first two initials of the owner of the Cadence (who created the Cadence).
– Indicates that one of the Email Touches does not have a Template attached to it.
– Indicates that the scheduled date/time of an Email Touch in the Cadence (to execute the Email Touch) has already passed.
– Indicates that the Cadence is shared.
– Indicates that the Cadence has been marked as a favorite.
