Cadence can only be accessed through the Koncert portal. So you must be logged in to Koncert to access Cadence.

The login procedure may differ based on the technology the company is using to manage their customer contacts and interactions i.e. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or any other tool/application.

CRM Users

Pre-requisites: Koncert requires users to have their CRM login credentials, in order to log into the Koncert portal.

Below you can find how to log into the Koncert portal through CRM (for example Salesforce):

1. Go to the link provided by Koncert Support to bring up the Koncert home page.

2. Click on the CRM you use to continue (e.g. Salesforce).

3. You will be directed to the CRM login page for authentication (e.g. Salesforce login page).

   Enter your CRM Username.

   Enter your CRM Password.

   Click on the Log In button to authenticate the login credentials. After successful authentication, you will be directed to the Koncert portal.

NOTE: For other CRM users, the login procedure to Koncert is the same as mentioned above.

Standalone Users

Pre-requisites:

• Login and Password credentials will be sent from Koncert support for the Standalone site. These will be needed before launching the Koncert portal.
• Koncert has been integrated with a security mechanism Two-step authentication (an additional layer of security) for Standalone users to prevent the products from unauthorized access. If you have requested this feature, you must install the Google Authenticator app, or any other similar app on your mobile phone to receive the 6-digit code, which helps you access the Koncert portal.

NOTE: Sign up to the Google Authenticator app, or any other similar app with your email address as registered in Koncert.

Below you can find how to log into the Koncert portal:

1. Go to the link provided by Koncert Support to bring up the Koncert home page.

2. Click on the link Sign in with Username (or) Email.

3. The authentication section for the Standalone site will be displayed.

   Enter your Username as received from Koncert support.

   Enter your Password.

   Click on the Sign in button to authenticate the login credentials and to bring up the Koncert portal.

NOTE: If you have opted for Two-step authentication, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code after clicking the Sign in button. Simply enter the code that appears on the Google Authenticator or any other similar app on your phone.

Once you entered the code received, click on the  icon to log into the portal.

Switch to Cadence

Once you have logged into the Koncert portal, My Session is the default landing page. Click on the Cadence button in the Menu bar. The Cadence application will be launched in a separate tab of the same browser.
