The Templates tab is used to create, edit, delete, and clone a template. Here, you can design your templates for business promotions.
Snippets tab – Tab to add Snippets. Snippets are quotes or small pieces of common information that can be added as part of a template when required in a single click.
Search – Search to filter and view Templates.
Performance Analysis – Click to view the performance of the Top 10 Templates in the list.
Add a Template – Click to create a new Template.
NOTE: If you have been restricted from creating a new Template, the Add a Template button will not be available. Please contact your Manager to enable this button.
icon – Click to toggle between My Templates and All Templates.
- My Templates – Displays the Templates created by the logged-in user.
- All Templates – Displays all the Templates created by the logged-in user and shared by others.
Status – Select the status of the Templates to be displayed from the dropdown. The available options are:
- Active – Lists out the Templates that are active. By default, the status will be 'Active'.
- Inactive – Lists out the Templates that are inactive.
Stats – Displays the statistics of the Cadence.
Sent – Number of emails sent using this template
Opened – Number of emails (using this template) opened by the recipients
Bounced – Number of emails (using this template) bounced
Replied – Number of replies from the recipients for this template
Clicked – Number of times the hyperlinks in the template were clicked by recipients
– Indicates that the template is shared.
When you hover over the Template, you can find the following options:
Edit – Click to edit the Template
Clone – Click to clone the Template.
Tag – Click to tag the template
List of Cadence – Click to view the list of Cadences using this template for the Email touch.
Make the Template Inactive – Click to make the template Inactive.
Make the Template Active – Click to make the template Active.
Delete – Click to delete the template.
NOTE: You can make use of the default templates (Template 1 to 6) available in the Templates list by cloning it. But, you are restricted from directly saving the template, as the save button is grayed-out.
