Below you can find how to add a new Caller ID Group:
- In the Administration » Caller IDs tab, click on the + Add Caller ID Group button.
- After the +Add Caller ID Group window pops up, enter the name of the Caller ID Group, and click the Submit button.
- After successful saving, the message ‘Successfully Added’ will be displayed. Click OK.
The newly created Caller ID Group will be displayed in the Caller IDs tab, along with a default purchase information under the Info column after a short while.
