Koncert offers you to purchase Caller IDs from Twilio. You can choose the Caller IDs according to the area codes for the location United States & Canada and move them to the Cart for purchase.

You can prioritize purchasing Caller IDs for the Location/States based on the following instance:

• Check the banner in the Koncert portal to see the Area codes where Caller IDs are not available or purchased.

• Check the usage of Caller IDs using Heat Map

• Check the usage of Caller IDs in the Usage alert notification email

NOTE: You cannot purchase new Caller IDs (from Twilio) from a Caller ID Group that was uploaded with your mapped Caller ID file. The Purchase Caller IDs icon  under the Action column will be disabled for that group.

You will need to create a new Caller ID Group and do the purchase there.

Below are two different ways to purchase Twilio Caller IDs:

Method 1

1. In the Administration » Caller IDs tab » Mapped Caller IDs section, click on the Purchase Caller IDs icon to the right of the Caller ID Group for which you wish to purchase Caller IDs.

2. After the Purchase Caller IDs window pops up, select the Location and State from the respective dropdown.

3. You can either select a specific area code to purchase Caller IDs for, or leave the field blank to see all Caller IDs available for all area codes in the selected State and purchase as required.

OR

4. Click Go. You will see a list of available Caller IDs based on your filter selection. Select the Caller IDs that you wish to purchase.

OR

You can map the selected Caller IDs to other area codes within the same State by clicking the checkbox Map the selected caller ids to other area codes in the same state.

For example, the selected Caller IDs can be mapped and used for the other area codes within the state of 'Alabama’.

5. Now, click on the Add to Cart button at the bottom.

6. After adding the Caller IDs to the Cart successfully, a confirmation message 'Added Successfully' will appear. Click OK.

7. The number of Caller IDs in the cart will appear within the View Cart button as shown below.

8. Click on the Cart button to navigate to the Cart window to purchase the Caller IDs from Twilio. Refer to the article Purchase the Caller IDs in the Cart for detailed information.

Method 2

1. In the Administration » Caller IDs tab » Mapped Caller IDs section, click on the Caller ID Group for which you wish to purchase Caller IDs.

2. The list of US and Canada States will be displayed.

3. Expand the State for which you would like to purchase the Caller IDs by clicking the icon .

4. Click the Cart icon for the Area Code for which the Caller IDs to be purchased or mapped.

5. The Add Caller IDs window pops up, where you can either purchase new Caller IDs from Twilio or map Caller IDs from other area codes within the same State/other States.

6. By default the option 'Purchase New Caller IDs' will be selected. Choose the Caller IDs that you wish to purchase and click on the Add To Cart button.

7. After adding the Caller IDs to the Cart successfully, a confirmation message 'Added Successfully' will appear. Click OK.

8. The number of Caller IDs in the cart will appear within the View Cart button as shown below.

9. Click on the Cart  button to navigate to the Cart window to purchase the Caller IDs from Twilio. Refer to the article Purchase the Caller IDs in the Cart for detailed information.
