The Koncert (Cadence) Spring '22 Release includes significant enhancements that will bring you a better Koncert experience.

Cadences
View Cadence Enhancements
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following changes/enhancements have been made in the View Cadence window:
- The columns Touch and Due have been removed from the metric Exited under the Cadences » View Cadence » Prospects tab.
- The column Due has been removed from the metric Fall Through under the Cadences » View Cadence » Prospects tab.
Pause the Shared Cadence
Cadence can be shared with all users in an Organization or specific group of users or specific Team(s). Users in the Team can add/remove prospects, executive and pause or resume the touches in the shared Cadence.
From Cadence Version 11.0, Koncert allows users who have been removed from the Team to pause the shared Cadence.
Prospects
Import from CSV – Inclusion of a confirmation message
From Cadence Version 11.0, a ‘Confirmation Message’ below will be displayed when you fail to map one or more Koncert fields in the Upload List From File window » Set Column Mappings section and attempt to save the mapping while importing the prospects from CSV.

Paused Cadence – Disable of 'Complete' button
In Cadence, the Complete button under the Actions section in the Prospect View window is used to manually complete the pending Touch (Emails/Calls/LinkedIn/Social) the active prospect is assigned with.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Complete button will be disabled/grayed out for paused prospect or prospect assigned to paused Cadence.
Pending Calls
Selection of Multiple Touches
In the previous version of Cadence, the Select Touch dropdown in the Pending Calls tab allowed you to filter prospects only by a single call touch, all at once.
This has been addressed in Cadence Version 11.0. You can now select multiple call touches in the Select Touch dropdown at once. The prospects under the selected call touches will be listed for dialing.
To Do
Task – New column ‘Subject’
A new column Subject has been introduced in the To Do tab » All & Task tabs to display the task subject that was added in the Add Task Touch window while creating a Task touch.
Complete Touch – Task
In Cadence Version 11.0, the following fields are added to the Complete Touch - Task window, when executing a Task touch from the To Do tab:
- Subject – Subject of the Task
- Description – Task description
Personalize Emails – Alert for empty Mail Merge Values
From Cadence Version 11.0, an alert message below will be displayed when attempting to send a Personalize Email from the To Do tab with an empty Mail Merge value.
Manager on behalf of the user
Execution of Social, LinkedIn, and Task touch
In the previous version of Cadence, managers were only able to execute personalized Emails from the To Do » Email tab on behalf of their users.
From Cadence Version 11.0, managers can execute Social, LinkedIn, and Task touches, as well as personalized Email touch on behalf of their users.
Prospect View – Complete touch manually
In the previous version of Cadence, the Complete button in the Prospect View window » Actions section was grayed out for managers to restrict them from completing the touch execution manually on behalf of the user.
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Complete button has been made enabled and available for managers to complete the touch execution manually on behalf of their users.
Templates
Test Email – Alert message for new Org
From Cadence Version 11.0, an alert message below will be displayed when attempting to send a Test Email by clicking the Send Test Email button in an Email Template for a new Org that has no prospects uploaded with it.
Settings
Sync Field Mapping Enhancements
From Cadence Version 11.0 the following enhancements/changes have been made in the Settings » Sync Field Mapping tab:
- You have been restricted from selecting and mapping the same CRM field (Contact / Lead) for multiple Cadence fields. An alert message below will be displayed when trying to do map the same values.
- Similarly, you have been restricted from selecting and mapping the same CRM field for multiple Cadence expressions/activities under the Activity Data Mapping section. An alert message below will be displayed when trying to do map the same values.
- The field Contact Name under the column Cadence Field has been removed and no longer will be available for mapping.
Notification
Inclusion of ‘Mark all as Read’ option
In the Notification pane, a new Blue tick mark has been introduced that allows you to mark all the unread notifications as Read.
The unread count will be removed and a message ‘No notifications found’ will be displayed.
Dashboard
Top Performing Email Touches
A new section Top Performing Email Touches has been introduced for Managers to graphically display the Top 5 Email Touches based on Engagement Score.
New Section Title 'Org Level Charts'
In Cadence Version 11.0, a new section titled ‘Org Level Charts’ has been introduced where the following sections are grouped under this and available for managers.
- Top Performing Templates
- Top Performing Cadences
- Top Engaged Prospects
- Top Performing Email Touches
Talk Time - Time Format Change
From Cadence Version 11.0, the Talk Time section on the Dashboard tab will be displayed in hours and minutes format; previously it was only displayed in minutes.
