In Agent Assisted Dialer, you can Turn ON/OFF Voicemail as needed by clicking the VM ON/OFF button (to the left of the Voicemail dropdown) in the Dialing Tools section.
- To turn ON – Click on the VM OFF (Red) button . If you see the Green ON button then your voicemail is turned ON.
- To turn OFF – Click on the VM ON (Green) button . If you see the Red OFF button then your voicemail is turned OFF.
