You can find the best day and time to make calls under the Best Day and Time to Make Calls For The Company section in the My Dashboard tab.
This has been derived based on the Dials to Connects i.e. number of connects/total number of dials made * 100 at its best for the selected date range.
For example, in the above screenshot, the dials to connect at its best is on ‘Tuesday’ i.e. number of connects in fewer dials, hence the Best Day has been displayed as ‘Tuesday’ with three stars in it, for the date range ‘Current Quarter’.
Also, the best time to make calls during the selected date range is ‘11 AM’ as shown below:
If required, you can change the date range by clicking the Edit icon to the right of the Best Day and Time to Make Calls For The Company widget.
