You can find the Call Disposition values for all of the Koncert products (Agent Assisted Dialer, Flow Dialer, and Click Dialer – for both Talker and Dialing Agent) that you currently have licenses for, under the Administration » Call Dispositions tab.
The following are the sections available in the Call Dispositions tab:
- Call Dispositions for Talker
- Call Dispositions for Dialing Agent
NOTE: You can expand or collapse the sections using the icons.
Below you can find instructions on how to edit the available Call Disposition values:
- In the Administration » Call Dispositions tab, expand the section under which the Call Disposition value should be modified, e.g. Call Dispositions for Talker.
- Click on the Edit icon to the right of the Disposition that you want to modify, under the Action column.
- After the Edit Call Disposition window pops up, modify the details of the disposition as you wish.
- Click on the Show additional fields to expand & view the additional fields available. By default, the standard columns will be visible.
NOTE: If you do not want to view additional columns, click on the Hide additional fields icon.
- Click Save to save the changes made. A confirmation message saying 'Saved Successfully!' will be displayed. Click OK.
