Please find the steps below to uninstall the Koncert for Salesforce package:

Remove users from the Koncert App Permissions
Remove users from the Koncert Field Permissions
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Campaign Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Lead Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’, and ‘Cadence’ features in Leads from Salesforce
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Contact Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’, and ‘Cadence’ features in Contacts from Salesforce
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Account Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Uninstall Koncert for Salesforce

Remove users from the Koncert App Permissions 

1. Go to Setup » Administer » Manage Users » Permission Sets.

2. In the Permission Sets page, select Koncert App Permissions.

3. Click the Manage Assignments button.

4. Unselect all users and click Remove Assignments to remove the users from the Koncert App Permissions page.

5. A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to remove the users from the App permission set.

Remove users from the Koncert Field Permissions 

1. In the Permission Sets page, select Koncert Field Permissions.

2. Click the Manage Assignments button.

3. Unselect all users and click Remove Assignments to remove the users from the Koncert Field Permissions page.

4. A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to remove the users from the Field permission set.

Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Campaign Detail Page (Page Layouts)

Salesforce users with older versions

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Campaigns » Page Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Cadence Campaign Layout to bring up the Cadence Campaign Layout screen.

3. In the Cadence Campaign Layout screen, scroll down to the Campaign Members section.

4. Click Actions icon in the Campaign Members section.

5. In the Related List Properties - Campaign Members window, expand the Buttons section by clicking the icon.

6. Under Custom Buttons, select and move the following buttons from the Selected Buttons pane to the Available Buttons pane using the Remove button.

• Add to Cadence

• Remove from Cadence

7. Click OK and under Campaign Members, click Save.

Salesforce users on the latest version

1. While in the Campaign Page Layout, click on the Page Layout Assignment button.

2. In the Campaign - Page Layout Assignment page, click on the Edit Assignment button.

3. Select the profiles on the Cadence Campaign Layout using CTRL + click or SHIFT + click and select the layout Campaign Layout from the Page Layout To Use dropdown.

4. Click Save to save the settings.

Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Lead Detail Page (Page Layouts)

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Leads » Page Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Lead Layout to bring up the Lead Layout screen.

3. In the Lead Layout screen, click Buttons on the left pane.

4. Scroll down to the Lead Detail » Custom Buttons section. Drag the Add to Cadence button and drop it back into the Buttons grid. Similarly drag and drop the Remove from Cadence button.

5. Click Save to save the settings.

Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click  Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Leads from Salesforce 

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Leads » Search Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Leads List View to bring up the Leads List View screen.

3. Scroll down to the Custom Buttons section, move the Upload to Koncert, Dial the List (new), Add to Cadence and Remove from Cadence buttons from the Selected Buttons list to the Available Buttons list.

4. Click Save to save the settings.

Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Contact Detail Page (Page Layouts) 

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Contacts » Page Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Contact Layout to bring up the Contact Layout screen.

3. In the Contact Layout screen, click Buttons on the left pane.

4. Scroll down to the Contact Detail » Custom Buttons section. Drag the Add to Cadence button and drop it back into the Buttons grid. Similarly drag and drop the Remove from Cadence button.

5. Click Save to save the settings.

Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click  Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Contacts from Salesforce 

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Contacts » Search Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Contacts List View to bring up the Contacts List View screen.

3. Scroll down to the Custom Buttons section, move the Upload to Koncert, Dial the List (new), Add to Cadence and Remove from Cadence buttons from the Selected Buttons list to the Available Buttons list.

4. Click Save to save the settings.

Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Account Detail Page (Page Layouts) 

1. Go to Setup » Build » Customize » Accounts » Page Layouts.

2. Click Edit next to Account Layout to bring up the Account Layout screen.

3. Scroll down to Related List » Contacts and click the icon.

4. In the Related List Properties - Contacts window, expand the Buttons section by clicking the icon.

5. Under Custom Buttons, select and move the following buttons from the Selected Buttons pane to the Available Buttons pane using the Remove button.

• Add to Cadence

• Remove from Cadence

6. Click OK and under Account Layout, click Save.

Uninstall Koncert for Salesforce

1. Go to Setup » Build » Installed Packages.

2. In the Installed Packages page, click Uninstall under the Action column for the package ‘Koncert for Salesforce’ to bring up the Uninstalling a Package screen.

3. Scroll down to the end of the screen and choose the option ‘Do not save a copy of this package’s data after uninstall’ and select ‘Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components’. Click Uninstall to begin the uninstallation process.

4. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click OK to uninstall the package.

You have now successfully uninstalled the ‘Koncert for Salesforce’ app.
