Please find the steps below to uninstall the Koncert for Salesforce package:
Remove users from the Koncert App Permissions
Remove users from the Koncert Field Permissions
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Lead Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Leads from Salesforce
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Contact Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Contacts from Salesforce
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Account Detail Page (Page Layouts)
Uninstall Koncert for Salesforce
Remove users from the Koncert App Permissions
- Go to » Setup » Administration » Users » Permission Sets.
- In the Permission Sets page, select Koncert App Permissions.
- Click the Manage Assignments button.
- Unselect all users and click Remove Assignments to remove the users from the Koncert App Permissions page.
- A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to remove the users from the App permission set.
Remove users from the Koncert Field Permissions
- In the Permission Sets page, select Koncert Field Permissions.
- Click the Manage Assignments button.
- Unselect all users and click Remove Assignments to remove the users from the Koncert Field Permissions page.
- A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to remove the users from the Field permission set.
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Lead Detail Page (Page Layouts)
- Go to » Setup » Platform Tools » Objects and Fields » Object Manager.
- In the Object Manager page, click Lead.
- In the Lead page, click the Page Layouts option from the left pane to bring up the Page Layouts page.
- In the Page Layouts page, click on the icon to the right of the Lead Layout and click Edit.
- In the Lead Layout page, click the Mobile & Lightning Actions button on the left pane.
- Scroll down to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section. Drag the Add to Cadence (Lightning) button and drop it back into the Mobile & Lightning Actions button grid. Similarly, drag and drop the Remove from Cadence (Lightning) button.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Leads from Salesforce
- While in the same Object Manager page, click Lead.
- In the Lead page, click Search Layouts for Salesforce Classic option from the left pane.
- In the Search Layouts page, click on the icon to the right of the List View and click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Custom Buttons section, move the Upload to Koncert (Lightning), Dial the List (Lightning), Add to Cadence (Lightning) and Remove from Cadence (Lightning) buttons from the Selected Buttons list to the Available Buttons list.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Contact Detail Page (Page Layouts)
- In the Object Manager page, click Contact.

In the Contact page, click the Page Layouts option from the left pane to bring up the Page Layouts page.
- In the Page Layouts page, click on the icon to the right of the Contact Layout and click Edit.
- In the Contact Layout screen, click Mobile & Lightning Actions on the left pane.
- Scroll down to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section. Drag the Add to Cadence (Lightning) button and drop it back into the Mobile & Lightning Actions grid. Similarly drag and drop the Remove from Cadence (Lightning) button.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Disable the ‘Koncert’, ‘Click Dialer’ and ‘Cadence’ features in Contacts from Salesforce
- In the Object Manager page, click Contact.
- In the Contact page, click the Search Layouts for Salesforce Classic option from the left pane.
- In the Search Layouts page, click on the icon to the right of the List View and click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Custom Buttons section, move the Upload to Koncert (Lightning), Dial the List (Lightning), Add to Cadence (Lightning) and Remove from Cadence (Lightning) buttons from the Selected Buttons list to the Available Buttons list.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Disable the ‘Cadence’ features in the Account Detail Page (Page Layouts)
- In the Object Manager page, click Account.

In the Account page, click the Page Layouts option from the left pane to bring up the Page Layouts page.
- In the Page Layouts page, click on the icon to the right of the Account Layout and click Edit.
- In the Account Layout page, scroll down to Related List » Contacts and click the icon.
- In the Related List Properties - Contacts window, expand the Buttons section by clicking the icon.
- Under Custom Buttons, select and move the following buttons from the Selected Buttons pane to the Available Buttons pane using the Remove button.
- Add to Cadence (Lightning)
- Remove from Cadence (Lightning)
- Click OK and under Account Layout, click Save.
Uninstall Koncert for Salesforce
- Go to » Setup » Platform Tools » Apps » Packaging » Installed Packages.
- In the Installed Packages page, click Uninstall under the Action column for the package ‘Koncert for Salesforce’ to bring up the Uninstalling a Package screen.
- Scroll down to the end of the screen and choose the option ‘Do not save a copy of this package’s data after uninstall’ and select ‘Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components’. Click Uninstall to begin the uninstallation process.
- A confirmation message will be displayed. Click OK to uninstall the package.
You have now successfully uninstalled the ‘Koncert for Salesforce’ app.
