Under the My Session tab, you can find a group of buttons called Dialing Tools that will help you navigate your AI Flow Dialer session.
Below you can find the functions of each button:
Turn ON/OFF Voicemail – You can Turn ON/OFF Voicemail as needed by clicking the VM ON/OFF button.

Voicemail – Select the voicemail that you wish to send automatically by the Artificial Intelligence, if there is a trace of Voicemail on the Call. | |
Record NOTE: Ensure that you are logged into the Koncert Phone Bridge before recording Voicemails. If you are not, an error message below will appear. Also, the Play icon |

Adaptilytics NOTE: If the Adaptilytics feature is not enabled for you, an alert message (as shown below) will be displayed when clicking the above icon. Click Close to close the message. |

Start Session – This button will be enabled after logging into the Phone Bridge. Once a call list has been uploaded, you can initiate the dialing session by clicking on this button. |
