- If you want to make all the records/contacts dialable in the My Session tab including those flagged Do Not Call or Do Not Call Until , click on the Call checkbox on the header.
- The warning message shown below will be displayed to ensure proceed with Do Not Call and Do Not Call Until records.
Click Yes to select all records including ‘Do Not Call’ and ‘Do Not Call Until’ records or click Cancel to cancel the process.
- Once you have clicked Yes, all records, including records flagged for ‘Do Not Call’ and ‘Do Not Call Until’, will be selected.
