If you have a license for all Koncert products, you can switch between them on-demand.
- In the My Session tab, click on the
Dialer Mode icon.
- Under the Dialing Mode section, select the product you wish to use.
- A green checkmark shows the product selected.
- Also, you can view the selected product icon under the Phone Status bar.
