After uploading a call list from a CRM or from your computer (CSV format) or from Cadence, you can update the dialing settings configured for that list at any time.
Below you can find how to update the List Settings of a call list:
- In the My Lists tab, click on the Settings icon to the right of the Call List that you wish to update.
- After the List Dialing Settings - <List Name> window pops up, update the settings as needed.
- Click Save to save the changes made.
NOTE: An alert message below will be displayed when attempting to remove any phone column from the Phone Columns to be Dialed field and clicking the Save button.
Click OK to keep the selection and proceed or click Cancel to stop the process.
