As a user, you can play and rate your own Call Recordings in the My Recording tab to evaluate your performance and efficiency.
NOTE: Remember, the call recording access for the user will be given by the Manager.
Below you can find how to play and rate the recorded calls.
- In the My Recordings tab » View Call Recordings section, select a Date Range from the drop-down list.
- Select the Call Disposition, Product and the List Name values from the respective fields to filter.
- Also, you can search the recordings by contact name by entering the full or partial name of the prospect in the Search by Contact dropdown.
- When clicking Search, all the Calls that were recorded during the date range selected will be listed in the View Call Recordings window.
- Click on the ‘Play and Rate this Call’ icon
for the record you wish to play.
- After the Call Rating Window pops up, click the Play icon
in the player to play back the recording using your PC's audio device.
- Rate the call and leave any feedback/comments in the Comments field for each Category.
- You can share the recordings to your email either by clicking any of the below Share button in the Call Rating window.
OR
Upon clicking this button, the Share Recording window will be displayed. Select the required user(s) from the Select Users dropdown and enter comments (if any). Click Share.
NOTE: You can share the recordings to you and your Manager. Hence, the Select Users dropdown will list out your name along with your Manager's name.
After successfully sharing the recording, the message ‘Recording has been shared successfully’ will be displayed. Click OK.
The respective Call Recording URL will be emailed to the selected user(s) Email ID, where they can listen to the recordings anytime as they wish. When clicking the URL, Koncert will launch the Call Rating window and allows them to play & rate the recording, if they are active in the Koncert portal. Else, it will ask for credentials to log into the Koncert portal.
- Click Save to save the rating and close the window.
- After successful submission of the rating, a Thumbs up icon
will be displayed in the View Call Recordings window.
To remove a record from the View Call Recordings window, click on the Delete icon against the respective record. A warning message below will be displayed with OK and Cancel button:
Click OK to delete the recording or click Cancel to cancel the deletion process.
