Below you can find instructions on how to add a new Caller ID Group:
- In the Administration » Caller IDs tab, click on the + Add Caller ID Group button.
- After the +Add Caller ID Group window pops up, enter the name of the Caller ID Group, and click the Submit button.
- After you click Submit, a message saying ‘Successfully Added’ will be displayed. Click OK.
The newly created Caller ID Group will be displayed in the Caller IDs tab, along with default purchase information under the Info column after a short while.
