Below you can find instructions on how to delete a Caller ID Group:

1. In the Administration » Caller IDs tab, click on the Delete  icon (under the Action column) to the right of the Caller ID Group that you wish to delete.

2. The confirmation window shown below will be displayed.

3. Click the Yes, Delete button to delete the Caller ID group.

NOTE: The default Caller ID Group cannot be deleted as the Delete icon will be disabled/greyed out.
