Below you can find instructions on how to download the Caller IDs:

1. In the Administration » Caller IDs tab, click on the Download icon (under the Action column) to the right of the Caller ID Group.

NOTE: The Download icon will be enabled only for the Purchased Caller ID Group.

2. The Caller IDs will be downloaded to your computer in Excel format. You can view it in your Downloads folder.
