You can find the following Metrics information of you and your Organization for the last 30 days under the Metrics Information section in the My Dashboard tab.

• Dials made per day (Last 30 days) – Average dials that you made per day in the last 30 days

• Conversations (Last 30 days) – Average connected calls in the last 30 days

• Positive Conversations (Last 30 days) – Average positive connects in the last 30 days
