- AI Parallel Dialer uses your call list(s) that are uploaded from a CRM or a local disk (in CSV format).
- Based on the settings, artificial intelligence dials multiple calls at a time (in parallel) and transfers only the valid connections to Sales Rep. Maximum of ten calls can be initiated at a time.
- The Local Presence Caller ID dramatically increases the opportunity to connect with prospects.
- If there is a trace of a human voice on the Call, AI will transfer the call to the Sales Rep without any delay.
- In the case of Voicemail on the Call, AI will automatically send the selected VM and hang up the call with an appropriate Call Disposition.
- In the case of IVR on the Call, AI will automatically hang up the call with an appropriate Call Disposition.
- Before, during, and after the conversation, the Sales Rep can review and update the prospect’s sales notes. After the call, Sales Rep can resume the dialing session on demand.
