Under the My Session tab, you can find a group of buttons called Dialing Tools that will help you navigate your AI Parallel Dialer session.
Below you can find the functions of each button:
Turn ON/OFF Voicemail – You can Turn ON/OFF Voicemail as needed by clicking the VM ON/OFF button.
- To turn ON – Click on the VM OFF (Red) button
. If you see the Green ON button
then your voicemail is turned ON.
- To turn OFF – Click on the VM ON (Green) button
. If you see the Red OFF button
then your voicemail is turned OFF.
Voicemail – Select the voicemail that you wish to send automatically by the Artificial Intelligence, if there is a trace of Voicemail on the Call.
Record
– Click to record a new Voicemail. Refer to the section How do I record a Voicemail for detailed information.
NOTE: Ensure that you are logged into the Koncert Phone Bridge before recording Voicemails. If you are not, an error message below will appear.
Also, the Play icon will be visible and available only when a voicemail is selected.
Turn ON/OFF Greeting – You can Turn ON/OFF Greeting as needed by clicking the VM ON/OFF button.
- To turn ON – Click on the ITG OFF (Red) button
. If you see the Green ON button
then your greeting is turned ON.
- To turn OFF – Click on the ITG ON (Green) button
. If you see the Red OFF button
then your greeting is turned OFF.
Greeting – Select the greeting that you wish to play to a prospect upon a call transfer automatically by the Artificial Intelligence, if there is a trace of human voice on the Call.
Record
– Click to record a new Greeting. Refer to the section How do I record an Initial Transfer Greeting for detailed information.
NOTE: Ensure that you are logged into the Koncert Phone Bridge before recording Greetings. If you are not, an error message below will appear.
Also, the Play icon will be visible and available only when a voicemail is selected.
Change My View
– Click to expand the view of the My Session tab and click the
button again to bring it back to normal view on demand.
Collapse Header
– Click to close the Phone Status Bar so that you can view more records on the list and click the
button again to bring it back to the standard view.
Adaptilytics
– Click to view a quick summary of the settings enabled for Adaptilytics in the Settings » Adaptilytics tab.
NOTE: If the Adaptilytics feature is not enabled for you, an alert message (as shown below) will be displayed when clicking the above icon. Click Close to close the message.
Dialer Mode
– Click on the down arrow icon
to change the Dialer Mode (AI Flow Dialer or AI Parallel Dialer or Flow Dialer or Agent Assisted Dialer), review the Statistics, view & rate the Recorded Calls, view the Setting Summary, and delete the existing list from the My Session tab.
Start Session – This button will be enabled after logging into the Phone Bridge. Once a call list has been uploaded, you can initiate the dialing session by clicking on this button.
