Below you can find where to view the settings configured for the current Call List:
- In the My Session tab, click on the Dialer Mode
button and expand the Settings Summary section.
- Here, you can find the quick summary of different settings enabled in the Settings tab, List Dialing Settings window (under the My Lists tab), and the current List Name(s) that are uploaded from the My Lists tab. This helps you to have a quick view before starting a session.
- Sort By – Shows the sorting order configured in the My Lists » List Dialing Settings window.
- Phone – Shows the Phone column(s) that are selected to dial in the My Lists » List Dialing Settings window.
- Caller ID – Shows the Caller ID configured for the call list in the My Lists » List Dialing Settings window.
NOTE: If multiple call lists have been uploaded from the My Lists tab, the settings configured for the first call list will only be displayed.
- Auto Open CRM – Shows the configuration status from the Settings tab i.e. ‘Enabled’ or ‘Disabled’.
- International Dialing – Shows the configuration status from the Settings tab i.e. ‘Enabled’ or ‘Disabled’.
- Log Dials – Shows the configuration status from the Settings tab i.e. ‘Enabled’ or ‘Disabled’.
- List Name(s) – Current/active List Name(s) that are uploaded from the My Lists tab.
